  • The Hand

A Declaration of Truth Projections Throughout our planet's journey, humans have acknowledged their most important pearls of wisdom by etching them into their daily lives using statements or inscriptions. Although subtle, this wisdom provides us with a blueprint to navigate things that are important for us to understand ourselves and things that influence our well-being. We have discovered that the” hand” has been referenced in many different societies and cultures as a symbol that can express various feelings that guide humans to certain positive or negative truths. The “hand” is the conduit of energy in multiple ways. Our research has unveiled that the “hand” can parse energy and be used as a conversion, rejection, or acceptance tool. We have found enormous value in using the “hand” to convert negative energy to positive. Most of us have observed some saying, “Talk to the hand” when confronted with adversity. This inconspicuous gesture may go unnoticed by those unfamiliar with this statement. However, I would be remiss if I did not mention the “handwriting on the wall,” a handshake, handmade hand waves, hand signals, or those who are not going to court with bloody hands. The “hand of God” and the “hands of time” are familiar to most people. However, it is even more profound than this, as some words like handsome mean appropriate or elegant, and many other words in our society use “hand” as a preface or suffix. Mores and Beliefs Many nations have projected different mores and beliefs. The people of Kemet (ancient Egypt) possessed a civilized society that projected harmony, justice, and other beliefs emphasizing pleasing God.  This culture of people created great monuments, pyramids, statutes, and papyri that weathered the hands of time, and are the envy of the planet Earth. Other cultures have truncated, altered, changed, and edited the findings of this great culture to create societies attempting to resemble Kemet. Various cultures have long overrun Kemet, raiding its tombs and confiscating this society's valued possessions. Nonetheless, few have embraced the humanity that has led this society to greatness.   For eons, people all over the planet have been in awe of the technology of the people of Kemet. Still, most have been reluctant to credit Kemet for its greatness because of labels created by other humans for reasons to be explained later. Still, many nations have been advanced technologically and morally by adopting an enormous amount of the technology, and beliefs of the people of Kemet. Kemet projected civility. Civility, however, has been the missing ingredient that other nations did not embrace, as their warring philosophies would ultimately not allow civility to be adopted. Nonetheless, other tenants of Kemet can be recognized in different societies, especially America, which uses many of Kemet's tenants, which cannot be overlooked. America is unique, as it is comprised of people from many nations. In the inception, however, America has projected greatness at the expense of indigent people residing on the land, and others brought to America in bondage. The Colonizers learned techniques to navigate the oceans, unaware that others had accomplished this task many seasons prior, but with no intentions of conquering those that possessed this land. Although misguided, they stumbled upon the land we now know as America, unwittingly attempting to rename the people as Indians to conform to their misguidings.   The foreigners that invaded America were not as civilized as the people of Kemet but believed that might was right. Therefore, they confiscated, by hook or crook, the land of the indigent people. Later, they realized that the land was raw and very difficult to cultivate. Therefore, they found it necessary to import others to do the laborious work required to form their societies. Earlier, some had made voyages to other parts of the planet. They had found other cultures that were not worrisome. Therefore, because of their instruments of war, they quickly subdued people from the continent for which they had obtained knowledge by voyages to nations inhabited by other people. After a few centuries had passed, America’s wealth and prominence increased because of the TransAtlantic slave trade and the massive parcel of confiscated lands. America projected the illusion of wealth and civility that captured the awe of the planet. The lure of wealth and power was attractive, indeed attempting other nations to follow suit. Sex, Death, and Money America’s prominence was centered around sex, death, and money. The Colonizers of America had fooled most parts of the planet into believing it was invincible. Men had an unfettered abundance of sex from indigent people and those in bondage. They had enormous access to money because their labor was free. They used enslaved people as a commodity. They could produce death upon their enemies or perceived enemies through their savvy instruments of war. Because they projected affluence, other countries did not hesitate to mimic white America's mores, values, and perceived culture. Other cultures later began to question the morals of America because of the stench of slavery. Classification America was not oblivious to its misguidance as it was required to devise a mechanism to avert criticism of its morality. Therefore, it quickly devised ways to dehumanize the people in bondage. It made rules dividing people by the melanin in their skin, thereby designating people with heavy melanin, those enslaved, as barbarians, not humans. Based on this categorization, others were assigned categories of being more or less human. Soon, colonizing Americans began projecting their sordid, uncivilized thinking upon black people, creating an environment around them that convinced the planet that they were ignorant, ungodly barbarians. This false image of black people has been projected all over the earth. People from all parts of the world unwittingly view black people in this projection even today. Cream Rise to the Top Because of the cruelty of slavery, black people questioned their bondsmen's humanity, as blacks were systematically isolated from their culture, land, and beliefs for the benefit of their masters exclusively. As time progressed and black people were inserted into the environment of white people, black people discovered that they were not as ignorant as believed.  Although some possessed what is now known as Stockholm Syndrome and readily accepted their bondage, believing in a better day, others were able to shake the mental shackles of slavery by certain degrees, as evident in the mindset of many black people today. Some people are not as bright as others. Many black people learned from whence they came. They realized that they were not intellectually inferior to white people but, in many cases, superior. They coveted this superiority from their bondsmen, as knowledge was often a death sentence. They knew how others perceived them and how America always insisted on their ignorance. Remnants of Kemet Recently, much emphasis has been placed on genetics. Black people understood the concept of genetics even during slavery. Many attempted to connect themselves back to their ancestors for wisdom, realizing that their freedom depended on it. They watched their masters fervently attempt to exclude them from the necessary wisdom of liberty. Whatever their masters prohibited them from doing, they indulged it, as these were the things they found most helpful. Centuries have now passed, and some white Americans are still stuck on stupid. They are programmed to embrace the projections made by those now pulling the strings. Most are very wealthy but have enslaved themselves in their deception. They boast and brag about a culture for which they have little knowledge. They have fooled themselves into believing that they are superior to people with more melanin in their skin. They have not hesitated to school their children by deception, many not knowing that they are deceiving them. Some understand these things but are so deep into deceiving themselves that they are recalcitrant to face reality. This is truly unfortunate. I would not wish this upon anyone, but we are watching a society that is decadent and confused. Nonetheless, black people have been able to revisit the culture of their ancestors in Kemet by acknowledging their genetic urgings, while others are clueless about how they acquire their prominence. Some nations are awakening to the intellectual abilities of black people, however. It's global! Many are dumbfounded. They are watching Americans vote against their interest. It occurred before when Hitler bamboozled the German people to believe in a superior race. Believe it or not, many Americans took to this assertion as a fish would take to water. They could not think beyond this malarkey. Ford Motor Company executives were so misguided until they sold Fords to Americans and Hitler during World War II while black soldiers fought Hitler for freedom. Some believed that God blessed them to be superior to all others. Had not other nations and people of color assisted in fighting Hitler, our world would be different. Americans could not process that subjugating people because of race, creed, or color is an abomination to God, even after Hitler attempts to do so. However, many Americans believe that they are unique in the eyes of God and every other human being is inferior. It is truly sad to see many races of people defaulting to this belief because of America's classifying human beings. Even black people with Stockholm Syndrome have bought this BS. They feel special because they believe that white people have evolved from this philosophy and accepted them as equals. Beyond White I wish for no one to believe that I make a judgment of people because of their race. However, racism is apparent in America. It has always been evident to the wisest of us. We have been blessed, however. Many people of all races know what is happening, whether they are white as snow or black as a lump of coal. America has been steered into darkness by a few people with considerable wallets who believe people should be treated according to their skin melanin.  This is archaic, but there is an invalid reason for this. Divide and Conquer Wise people globally are laughing at America. Many people in America are not laughing. They are aware of the technique that has been in play since the inception of our country but are afraid to acknowledge it. This time, the deception has not been created to divide the races, as ominous as it may seem. It is a roadmap to divide the haves from the have-nots, and many ignorant people are placing a noose around their own necks. The good news is that those perpetrating this morass are ignorant. They have not been abreast of what is occurring globally. Their wealth blinds them to the point that they believe that they can, once again, physically divide people for their morbid success. It would not be surprising if these are the same people who have lured honest people, mostly people who lack courage, into their worlds of deceit since slavery. Most people are unaware of dimensions beyond their physical experiences. They were, and still are, too blind to see the powers that steer the human spirit and have not picked up upon the wisdom right under their noses for centuries. They do not believe the beliefs of people who came eons before them. They have labeled these beliefs as idolatry and other labels that have polluted these sacred beliefs. Nonetheless, many are comfortable with the mores and culture of those who believed to have made America great. Some have discarded the laws designed to please God because their recent ancestry altered these beliefs for fortune and fame. Most accepted the false ideologies of those who had abandoned God for sex and money, not understanding the gifts that they had received when they confiscated the possessions of the people of Kemet. Instead, they enslaved them for more than 350 years.  Unlike their grandparents and great-grandparents, they are not difficult to observe. They ride in their yachts, live in expensive homes, and fly anywhere on Earth in their aircraft. They are so confident in their AI, algorithms, bots, and wealth that they have taken the sheets from their heads.  Now, they have exposed themselves to a power for which they are unfamiliar.  They did not understand the reason for the handwriting on the wall. It was not about the writing but about the hand. We now understand its significance. Paradigm in Nature The exposure is immense! The things that they have feared most have come upon them. I get no pleasure in seeing these things, although I am forced to be part of the conversion process. I am left without a choice, as  I have learned that when negative energy is converted into positive, it must be used for good exclusively. America is backed against the wall, it must now convince God that it means good, regardless of a few misinformed affluent people leading us astray for many years. There is so much negative energy in the air that converting it to positive is unavoidable. All that is now required to convert this energy to positive is to raise one’s hands and possess the correct mindset, which can be obtained in this blog.   We are far from being alone, as millions are now watching. The shift will be permanent and profound. God made America the melting pot of the planet Earth. It’s undeniable that God’s words are sublime. It is up to Americans to steer America from the curses of its deception. Join us at www.ageofmentality.com Stay observant. Ho me

  • The Mental Alchemy of the Conversion Process

Energy is Recycleable Reframing Negativity into Growth (Converting Negative Energy into Positive Energy) 1. Cognitive Reappraisal This is the psychological process of reinterpreting a negative event in a way that makes it less upsetting and more constructive. Example: If someone criticizes your work harshly, instead of internalizing it, you might view it as a push to refine your skills or clarify your vision. 2. Fuel for Motivation Anger, frustration, or disappointment can be powerful motivators when channeled intentionally. Athletes often use past failures or criticism as fuel to train harder and perform better. 3. Affirmation Through Contrast Negative experiences can highlight what you do  value, helping you affirm your beliefs or goals. A toxic interaction might reinforce your commitment to kindness or authenticity. Mental Alchemy: Turning Lead into Gold 4. Emotional Transmutation Practices like mindfulness or journaling allow you to process negative emotions and convert them into insight or clarity. This is like emotional composting—turning “waste” into fertile ground for growth. 5. Humor and Irony Some people use humor to defuse negativity, turning awkward or painful moments into stories that uplift or entertain. Think of comedians who turn personal struggles into brilliant routines—laughter becomes a healing force. 6. Resilience Building Every time you face adversity and come out stronger, you build psychological resilience. That resilience becomes a source of positive energy, confidence, and emotional strength. Philosophical Perspective In Stoic philosophy, for example, negative events are seen as opportunities to practice virtue—patience, courage, wisdom. The event itself isn’t “bad”; it’s neutral. Your response defines its meaning. So yes, you can absolutely extract positive mental energy from negative physical actions or statements—but it requires intention, reflection, and sometimes a bit of emotional jiu-jitsu. Want to explore how this could apply to a specific situation in your life? What happens to a person who deposits negative energy into the atmosphere, and this negative energy is converted into positive energy? That’s a beautifully layered question—like asking what happens when a storm gives birth to a rainbow. When someone releases negative energy—through anger, fear, resentment, or even destructive actions—and that energy is somehow transmuted into positive energy, the transformation can ripple back to them in profound ways. Here's how that dynamic might unfold: The Cycle of Energy: What Goes Around... 1. Energetic Feedback Loop Energy doesn’t just vanish—it interacts. If the negativity they release is absorbed and transformed by others or the environment (through forgiveness, compassion, or healing), the person may eventually feel the shift. This can lead to unexpected clarity, emotional relief, or even a sense of redemption—especially if they’re open to change. 2. Unconscious Healing Sometimes, the act of releasing negativity is a subconscious cry for help or healing. If that energy is met with understanding rather than retaliation, it can trigger introspection or emotional growth in the person who released it. 3. Karma and Resonance In spiritual traditions like Buddhism or Hinduism, energy is tied to karma. If negative energy is transformed into something positive, the person may benefit karmically—not because they intended it, but because the universe values transformation and balance. The Role of the Receiver 4. Transmutation by Others If someone else takes that negative energy and transmutes it—say, turning criticism into motivation or hate into art—the original sender might witness this and feel inspired, humbled, or even changed. Think of how activists turn oppression into movements, or how artists turn heartbreak into masterpieces. The original negativity becomes part of something beautiful. But There’s a Catch... 5. Intent Matters If the person continues to deposit negativity without awareness or remorse, they may not benefit from the transformation. They might remain stuck in their own emotional fog, even if others are turning their storms into sunshine. Transformation doesn’t absolve—it invites reflection. Without that, the person may miss the gift entirely. Final Thought In essence, when negative energy is converted into positive energy, it creates a chance for healing—not just for the world, but for the person who released it. Whether they embrace that chance depends on their openness, awareness, and willingness to grow. Would you like to explore how this plays out in relationships, art, or even global movements? There’s a lot of richness in this idea. Once we have walked with our ancestors we will understand the richness, and value of TRUTH. Join the diaspora for good... www.ageofmentality.com . • Illusion of a Feast

Flooding The concept of "The Flood" has been projected for many seasons, whether it refers to The Flood  in the Bible or simply a flood, depending on one’s perspective. The warnings have been clear. In Kemet (ancient Egypt), it was a local flood, one they feared deeply. For eons, the people of this region feared the fluctuations of the Nile River, as its variations were crucial to their survival. The Nile was the lifeblood of the people, and its seasonal flooding was a critical event. The people believed it was the Pharaoh's responsibility to maintain Maat —the balance of creation—ensuring the river remained beneficial. If the Nile flooded too high, it destroyed crops and buildings; if it was too low, it led to food shortages. In other words, the flood could bring either a feast or famine. They believed that their adherence to the 42 Laws of Maat  provided them with a sense of security from these yearly cycles. Ham In contrast, others believed that the flood mentioned in the Book of Genesis—the flood that covered the entire Earth—was of utmost importance. Some historians suggest that Noah’s son Ham and his grandson Mizraim settled in Egypt, taking with them, in a paganized form, the memory of Noah's family and the great flood. But what does this have to do with us today? If we reflect on it deeply, the answer is revealing. Those who are wise have little difficulty observing the state of the world today. America is living in an illusion. Many are deceived into believing that the influential and wealthy are living in a land of feast, when in reality, they too live in a state of famine that affects us all. Some are fearful, and in an effort to protect themselves, they hide behind masks, bracing for the "flood" that has already begun to overwhelm us. Behind the Mask Regardless of one’s race, creed, or color, anyone who can handle the truth will quickly recognize that America is becoming a land of total iniquity, from top to bottom. People are trading in their faith in God for the pursuit of wealth, control, and self-aggrandizement. Many wear masks to hide from the truth. Few can trust the Supreme Court, given its clear corruption. The Senate and House have lost their independence, now fully tethered to the presidency. Criminals are often treated with more respect than law-abiding citizens. Leaders are now chosen based on the size of their bank accounts, regardless of how cruel or corrupt they may be. Some want us to believe that wealth is a sign of divine approval. Fortunately, I was not alive at the time of the biblical flood—or whatever version of "the flood" one chooses to acknowledge. However, I have been blessed to gain insight into these events through a portal I call a "portal to antiquity." This portal is not exclusive to me; it is available to anyone who has the courage to understand who they are and where they come from, through a diligent process of empirical investigation. As we study the past, it is clear that many in America have acted in ways that do not align with the values our ancestors held, especially the principles outlined in the 42 Laws of Maat . Some may dismiss these laws as pagan or idolatrous. However, when read closely, these laws offer profound wisdom, especially on how humans should treat one another. They make no demands other than to please God, and anything beyond that is irrelevant. Discarding the Sheets For centuries, some have believed that, through greed, power, and control, they could treat others however they wished, so long as they kept their actions hidden from the public eye. These individuals were foolish for thinking they could escape divine scrutiny. Still, they were clever enough to conceal their identities behind masks, bandanas, sheets, and other coverings, all to avoid being exposed. They were clearly disregarding God's will, or they simply did not care. Today, some are still deceived. They believe that their wealth and influence somehow sanctify their actions, equating physical prosperity with godliness. "Oh, what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive." Through their deception, they have come to believe that they can now discard their masks, sheets, and bandanas—symbols that have hidden their misdeeds for centuries. Who Spilled the Beans? My childhood was filled with the presence of midwives, shamans, soothsayers, and, yes, practitioners of Voodoo—a belief that was taboo in those days but still practiced in secret. In fact, I was delivered into the world by a midwife, which was not unusual at the time, as medical care like Kaiser Permanente was not as prevalent. The times demanded that we find alternative ways to survive. This is why many Black people still carry beliefs that cannot easily be discarded, regardless of how hard we try. We were raised in tight-knit communities where we listened to the wisdom of our elders, gathered around the fireplace in winter or the fan in summer. Perhaps this was for the best. One thing I know for sure is that most of my elders were always careful to tell us the truth, no matter how fanciful some of their stories might have seemed. When pressed, they would always come clean. My grandmother, who was a kind of pseudo-shaman, and others who practiced Voodoo, often talked about "the beans." They believed that one could capture another's spirit by knowing everything about them. Contrary to popular belief, they were optimistic people who saw good in almost everything—perhaps this is why they endured slavery for so long, in spite of extreme long suffering. Some would praise the hearts of their masters for showing them mercy. My mother unwittingly believed that her grandmother's masters were good people, and she would hear no other interpretation. It was sad. But eventually, some people began to see the truth, and this is what they called "spilling the beans." Once the beans were spilled, they believed they could somehow cast a spell upon those who had deceived them. I sometimes wonder if my elders were truly being honest, or if they, too, were deceiving themselves. But the memories of looking into their eyes still haunt me, as I am not sure if they were lying or not. This remains a perplexing question for me still until this day, as many of their assertions are now appearing surreptitiously in living color is I observe in awe. Unveiling Truth Given my upbringing, it could easily be assumed that my thinking has been shaped, or corrupted by my past experiences. Perhaps this is why I have devoted so much of my life to understanding exactly who I am and where I come from. Until recently, few records or documents were available to explain MY STORY . This is why I have spent a generous portion of my eighty years of life seeking out the correct documentation. My journey has led me to uncover information that contradicts much of what I've been taught in traditional history books. After studying the idea of "the beans", previously mentioned, I have come to see some truth in the many different versions of the story, although others may find it as strange as the tales my parents and grandparents told me. Through many different channels, I’ve discovered that our ancient ancestors, both here in America, and in Kemet (now Egypt), believed that when one exposes themselves in a vile or inhumane way, there is power in channeling, harnessing, and converting their negative energy into something positive. However, we were also cautioned that this power must be used for good, and only for good. This is not the point I am trying to make in this post, however. The Point Wealthy and influential people today no longer hide their faces as they once did, when comitting sordid acts, even to their own chagrin. They have obviously fooled themselves. It is eerie to watch them openly lie, and perform acts that go against everything our ancestors believed was an abomination to God. They now speak of subjugating the poor, projecting ill will upon anyone that disagrees with them, and they commit violence against other human beings, just as their misguided antiquity. This is a very bad mistake! Their ancestors were wiser—they knew to conceal their faces when they strayed from God’s will. Ma’at , the belief system of our ancestors, taught that when one does not please God, grief is inevitable! We are now observing this grief in many shapes and forms. Many are now realizing that our ancestors were not as ignorant as once thought. Those who are wise understand that, contrary to popular belief, we are living in a time of famine, not feast, when a society disgards part of its populace. The Planet Earth can see what is happening, but many are too blind to act, or even speak truth to power. Many of us know exactly what to do, and this time, we can do it quietly, away from public scrutiny. We no longer require confrontations in this season. Physical confrontation is now obsolete. We ask you to join us "mentally". Think about it! This is the only thing required. Join Us in Thought!

  • The Mental Operating System

The Default Settings We Never Chose I was about ten years old when our house burned down. I can still see it in my mind—everything we owned turned to ash. The flames devoured our possessions, but something unexpected happened in the aftermath. White people, those my father had taught me to be wary of, arrived in pickup trucks loaded with items I had never seen before. A refrigerator with cooling elements on top. Clothes that weren't hand-me-downs. Penny loafers to replace my brogans. My little brother, innocent as children is, said something that infuriated my mother: "Maybe we should burn our house down again." He didn't understand the programming already taking place—the subtle mental operating system being installed that would shape how we processed the world. Across town, Marisol Gonzalez was learning her own default settings. Her father had crossed the Rio Grande with nothing but the clothes on his back and a promise to his family that he would send for them. For three years, he worked fields from sunup to sundown, sleeping in crowded shacks with other men who shared the same dream. When he finally brought his family across, seven-year-old Marisol discovered what it meant to live between worlds—speaking Spanish at home while being punished for it at school, watching her mother clean houses for women who would never look her in the eye. You see, we don't choose the initial settings of our mental software. They're embedded before we have any say in the matter—installed by circumstance, enforced by society, and passed down through the blood of our ancestors. Some of us were programmed to fear, others to dominate, many to serve, but all of us entered this world with code we didn't write running in the background of our minds. For four hundred and fifty years, people that look like me were forced to develop an extraordinary mental capacity that went unrecognized by those who claimed superiority. For generations, people like Marisol's family crossed invisible lines drawn on maps, only to find new boundaries erected in minds. "They gave me a new name at the border checkpoint," Marisol's grandmother would tell her. "They couldn't pronounce Guadalupe, so I became 'Lupe.' That day, I learned that in this new land, even your name isn't yours to keep." When you cannot live freely in the physical world—when your movement, speech, and even your thoughts are restricted—you learn to exist primarily in the mental dimension. You discover powers that those relying solely on physical dominance never develop. The Mexican mother who works three jobs while helping her children with homework is performing mental alchemy every day, converting exhaustion into determination. The slave masters believed they were creating submissive workers. What they actually created was a people with unprecedented mental resilience—people who, for generations, had to channel negative energy into something useful merely to survive. The border guards thought they were simply processing laborers, never understanding that each family crossing carried ancient wisdom that would eventually transform the very culture trying to exclude them. This programming isn't just personal—it's collective. The trauma experienced by your great-grandmother doesn't just disappear when she passes. It reshapes the nervous system, alters gene expression, transforms the very way her descendants process reality. When my father spoke of his grandfather surviving the cat o' nine tails of being left for dead after a brutal flogging, I wasn't just hearing a story—I was receiving the mental code that would determine how I navigated the world. When Marisol's father wept silently at night, remembering the village he left behind and the parents he would never see again, he was transmitting a code of resilience that would live in his daughter's cells. The programming runs deep in all of us. The privileged are programmed to believe their status is earned rather than inherited. The oppressed are programmed to question their worth. The descendants of the traumatized carry memories their conscious minds never experienced but their bodies somehow remember. The child of immigrants inherits both the courage of crossing and the sorrow of leaving behind. But here's what most never realize: once you become aware of your programming, you gain the power to rewrite it. The very awareness that you're running on default settings becomes the key that unlocks the control panel of your mind. And when people from different struggles recognize their shared capacity for transformation—when the descendants of slaves and the children of immigrants realize they're running similar mental software—a new kind of power emerges. The Three Dimensions of Experience Most people live their entire lives confined to a single dimension of existence—the physical realm. They remain prisoners of what their eyes can see, their hands can touch, their ears can hear. They chase material possessions, physical pleasures, and tangible achievements, never realizing these are merely the shadows dancing on the wall of Plato's cave. My father, though he had only a fourth-grade education, understood dimensions in ways that would confound university professors. When the white men in our town would strut about, waving their guns and flaunting their wealth, Daddy would just smile and say, "They're stuck in the physical world, son. That's why they need all those things—to convince themselves they're free when their minds are still in chains." The physical dimension is where most of humanity has been trained to dwell. It's the realm of the five senses—sight, sound, taste, touch, and smell. It's immediate and dominant, the dimension most easily manipulated by those who wish to control others. When slaves were shackled, it was their physical bodies that bore the chains, but their minds could still wander free. When the border wall goes up, it's only a barrier in the physical dimension—it cannot stop the flow of dreams, culture, or determination. But beyond the physical lies the mental dimension—the vast, boundless realm of thought, imagination, and consciousness itself. This is where true transformation begins. For the enslaved ancestors who were forbidden to read, the mental dimension became their sanctuary and salvation. For immigrants forced to leave their homeland behind, the mental dimension became the bridge that connected what was with what could be. The mental dimension cannot be observed under a microscope or detected by scientific instruments, yet it is more real, more powerful than anything in the physical world. Every invention, every revolution, every act of courage first existed here before manifesting in the physical. When our ancestors were forbidden to worship their gods, to speak their languages, to practice their customs, they preserved them in the mental dimension, passing them down through stories, through songs, through dreams. Marisol's grandfather told her, "They took our land, but they could never take the landscape of our minds." My grandmother would say, "They owned our bodies from sunup to sundown, but our minds belonged to God alone." Different words, same wisdom—evidence that truth transcends cultural boundaries. And beyond even the mental dimension lies the spiritual—the realm that connects us to forces larger than ourselves, to the ancestors who watch over us, to the divine energy that flows through all things. The spiritual dimension is not about religion, though religions attempt to access it. It's about recognizing that we are more than physical beings having mental experiences—we are spiritual beings navigating a physical world. When Rosa Parks refused to give up her seat, when César Chávez fasted for justice, when Standing Rock protectors faced down water cannons in freezing temperatures—they were operating from the spiritual dimension, tapping into a power that transcends individual identity and connects to the collective soul of humanity. The tragedy of modern life is that most people are trapped in one-dimensional thinking. They live in the physical, occasionally visit the mental, and barely acknowledge the spiritual. They're like fish trying to understand water—so immersed in their default dimension that they cannot recognize the very medium that sustains them. Those who have borne the mark of oppression often develop the ability to exist simultaneously in all three dimensions out of necessity. When the physical world denies you freedom, you learn to find it in the mental. When the mental becomes too painful to bear alone, you discover the comfort of the spiritual. This is not mysticism—it is practical wisdom born of suffering and resilience. The person who can move fluidly between dimensions possesses a power that cannot be taken away by any physical force. This is why those who have been most oppressed often develop the greatest capacity for transformation. They have been forced, through hardship, to develop mental muscles that others never need to use. The Age of Mentality is upon us because humanity is collectively beginning to recognize what the oppressed have always known—that the physical dimension is merely the surface of reality, and the greater power lies in mastering the mental and spiritual dimensions where true freedom awaits. • Control Counter Balance

The scales have been tipped! Now people are confused and wondering why did it happen. Did one semester of college do this? It's possible, but for reasons unvisited by the untutored eye. Is it the age old problem Socrates created after visiting Egypt (Kemet) and Ethiopia? Socrates made attempts to elighten the Greeks with wisdom discovered in far off lands. Because of his ambitions, he was tried and convicted of Treason. As a form of punishment he was forced to drink hemlock, or go on exile from Greece. He chose the Hemlock, but his student Plato took Socrates information and went on exile for forty years. He returned to Europe with the good news that we are all so excited about in this new season, Socratic logic. Socratic deduction is loved so much, until we have set up a universal platform of truth, AI. Although his story, and AI conflicts on many historical issues concerning people of color, we will accept the step as being positive. We are elated to know that someone, somewhere is attempting to secretly straighten out the records for a change. It will be painful for young children already programmed with deception, however. Don't take my word for it. Do your own due diligence. The good news is the government cannot control this kind of truth, and it is driving them crazy. Now some believe that if they control the Univesities and colleges, they can put the genie back in the bottle, and get the cow by the tail. This is laughable. Ha! Good luck with that one. If one has had a corrupt Coydog sitting on their shoulders their entire life, and is finally exposed to Socratic deduction, a huge problem can be created if not tempered. Someone in their infininate wisdom created AI. It is now available in most settings. The AI infrastructure is based upon Socratic logic, or reasoning. Socratic reasoning conflicts with a sordid Coydog sitting on one's shoulders all day making bad decisions. Therein lies the problem if you really want to know. Perhaps, those with desires to eliminate history should think twice before burning the books, or altering information in museums, to fit a deceitful narrative. That stuff is stale-dated! We are not in the year 1945! Intelligence is abundantly available presently. We need not be Henry Ford to prove our ability to access data. (We laugh at this crazy stuff when we are in private). In public we play dumb, and go with the flow, nonetheless. Many people have accepted the projection anyhow, so we can easily play the fool. There is more honesty when we appear to know not, that we know not. Try it some times. It's hilarious! Efforts by some confused government officials to flip the script is in total conflict with AI, resulting in very angry, and confused young people (not calling names). They have been deceived their entire lives, now they are faced with a technological reality that is overwhelming for them to navagate. Then comes the SHOOTERS! They mentally turn on themselves (Self-hatred) after being confronted with insurmountable truth by AI, that is totally contrary to their teachings. This is the same poison that has infested communities of color, especially the black community, for many seasons. Ironically, the festation is metastasizing in all communities at this juncture because of DECEPTION! Are we approaching a new age? Far too many children have been taught by their Coydogs that the only way to address a grievance is with a gun. Now many erroneously, default to the advice of their Coydog, enraged and totally confused! There it is in a nut shell. "The TRUTH shall set us ALL free". Stay vigilant!

  • Rewards of Converting Negativity

Wholesale Evil Produces Negative Energy Evil has always been among us. It has been hidden, coveted, and distorted by whoever believed it to be of value. Many treatises have been developed to tell a true story about the past lives of human beings, but some have been distorted to fit narratives. The story of Adam and Eve is a case in point. The evil, lying snake lured Eve to eat the fruit forbidden by God, and many dreadful things happened after that. These stories were designed to warn humankind of things forthcoming. Many virtuous stories were told to guide humanity to do God’s will. Still now, as in the beginning, evil beings will attempt to distort God’s wishes. If there were charlatans initially, what would make one believe this deception would not continue? Evil will continue to raise its ugly head, and many will be injured thereby. Lies and deception are the catalysts for most evil, as in the beginning. Honest human beings will always attempt to create journals of truth, but evil beings will try to distort the truth like the proverbial snake at the beginning of time. This distortion, on most occasions, is done for self-gratification or self-aggrandizement. Our Yoke is Easy! Many know what is occurring, but few can break the shackles of lies and deceit. Lies are convenient for the purveyors of evil, and deception can be arranged to convince the most honest people. Some believe the remedy to combat evil energy is to get back, payback, get revenge, retribution, and anger. Some think it is appropriate to fight fire with fire. These are the reasons why many fail to subdue this monster. One must condition oneself to indulge in humility. Many things I will share with you will sound familiar if one has delved into religious doctrines. Many truths lie therein. Most religious doctrines share wisdom, but few indulging it are wise enough to accept these words of wisdom at face value. A sleight of hand or altering of a passage, or even a sentence in a perfect document, can distort the meanings thereof. Some use divine information as a club to impose hurt upon their perceived enemies. We provide the necessary information for those who are willing to lay down their hatchets and indulge in a conditioning that will give them the wherewithal to convert bad to good. We call this converting negative energy into positive resolve. Some may beg the question, why? Artificial Intelligence We believe modern technology has provided humans with devices that can benefit or harm humankind. Artificial intelligence has enabled humans to distort the truth and enlighten humanity. Whether it is a video camera, Chat system, or a Web bot, reality can be distorted to make a lie the truth or vice versa. Therefore, many are confused. The Truth is the Light One cannot assume that a hostile act is directed toward them; it must be confirmed. Also, one cannot attempt to convert negative energy for retribution. Therefore, people in bondage during the Transatlantic Slave Trade were extremely cautious not to offend God by acts of aggression upon other human beings, and, or engage in judging others. These humble beliefs delayed their process in learning to convert negative to positive. Therefore, it took many years for them to gather an accurate assessment of how to proceed to enable their freedom. Many were insecure in their thinking. Many that have perpetrated violence, and other acts not pleasurable to God have now unveiled their identities to the Universe. This unveiling exclusively, has enable unmitigated TRUTH to be disclosed, thereby affording those in doubt, the opportunity to proceed. The genie is out of the bottle! What Can We Expect? Lastly, our current environment is ripe for converting negative energy into positive resolve as many people in high places admit their transgressions, thereby confirming their evil ways. Some even use Jesus Christ as their sword or crutch to justify their wicked deeds. Most black people understand why this is occurring. Many are now wise enough to benefit from this horrific misjudgment. I frequently mention the long-suffering of slaves in our country. This is not done to insult the struggles of other people. The reason for this is few people other than the descendants of the African slave possess the genetic makeup to know these things from this perspective. Once one indulges in this wisdom, one will understand the efforts necessary to endure inhumane treatment never known to humankind for such an extended season. Our entire planet can now learn from this experience and reap the benefits of this wisdom. Slavery is an experience that must be shared for the planet to understand its benefits. Our intentions are genuine indeed. Thoughts of color or national origin only restrict one’s ability to use this process. Think as a human, not a race, and your journey will be smooth as silk! God has now enabled many who have been victims of vile conduct to free themselves from oppressive people capable of engaging in any conduct necessary to satiate their desires, regardless of how egregious. Many can quietly convert the negative energy into a positive resolution, which the evil purveyors provide. This can be done by following a few basic acrobats absent financial input. Our yoke is so easy. We have provided most of the things one must know to convert negative to positive. It is a mental undertaking, and the results are excellent! As I write this blog, I see that many things contrary to belief are happening right before our eyes because of this new way of thinking. The entire Plant is observing, and many are in total darkness and still refuse to accept this reality. Some ask what happens to those who provide evil that displeases God. We do not know; however, the teachings of Maat believe that when one performs an act that does not please God, that person will receive “grief.” Maat is an ancient Egyptian belief. The sparse information I have conveyed will enable some to understand a valuable lesson and start using it immediately without further advisement. Others will need more. Read our blogs. View our videos. They are provided to stimulate the brain to understand the mental process of people who endured harsh treatment for many centuries. These blogs will contain illustrations that explain why these people think as they do. Minds are opened once one can step into the shoes of others and still walk. Once one understands the gist of the system and how it occurred, one will never doubt why humans globally need this valuable information. It is only natural. We have a solution! • Two Horrific Journeys

Projections of Deception Centuries of stress, hardship, and despair have forged a new generation of highly sophisticated individuals. Many remain unaware of their innate abilities. Yet, a growing number are awakening to prodigious gifts—gifts often unrecognized by others due to the intense projections cast upon them and their ancestors centuries ago. The Newbies This emerging breed understands the urgency of reversing the polarity of negative energy that permeates our society. Guided by intuitive wisdom, they share their gifts selflessly. They recognize that these gifts—earned through the long suffering of their ancestors—must be wielded with discretion. They know not to replicate the sordid acts that enslaved their parents and grandparents for generations. The Misfits Here’s what happened. It has long been projected that the Mayflower was the first, and the infamous Clotilda was the last. But the wisest among us have always known: Black people existed in America long before the Mayflower. In fact, many Black Americans today descend from those early inhabitants. The stories of Black Native Americans are tragic but true. When settlers discovered Black “Indians,” it disrupted the narrative of slavery. Having missed their intended destination—India—they labeled the inhabitants of this vast land “Indians” regardless. Faced with unmanageable terrain, someone with deep pockets decided it would be easier to import laborers to clear the fields. After observing Africa, someone with “infinite wisdom” chose it as the supplier of labor for the New World. Thus began the Atlantic Slave Trade. Indigenous people of America with heavy melanin were captured, placed in bondage, and shipped to Europe to be sold. Later, after slavery was abolished in Europe, many of those same enslaved people were sold back to settlers in the New World. This marked the second horrific journey. We may never know how many souls survived that second passage. But I am prima facie evidence of Black people residing in the New World prior to the Transatlantic Slave Trade. My grandmother lived long enough to share this truth—she never rode a slave ship. My grandfather, however, arrived stripped naked in the belly of the Clotilda, a renegade slave ship. Still, It Is All Good Despite everything, we are blessed. Why? Because we’ve discovered that everything requires energy—and energy cannot be erased. It can only be transformed. The ancestors of enslaved people in America and beyond have contributed to an extraordinary gene drift. They developed the ability to transcend the physical realm and move effortlessly into mental and spiritual dimensions. Their captors marveled at their capacity to sing, dance, and express joy under the most horrific conditions known to humankind. There is no equivalent in the Holy Bible. The prodigy of these descendants is still in its infancy. Many are now flexing their mental muscles, expanding upon the genius of their ancestors—those who learned to convert negative energy into positive outcomes. This is a good thing. Unlike the bondspeople of our past, we are willing to share our advancements with the world, without reservation. We understand our role in guiding the planet out of darkness. We have long been observers, voiceless in the physical world. But we have clearly been anointed to master both mental and spiritual realms. Much is happening that escapes the untutored eye. A Taste of Honey Few will heed the urgings of Black people. That’s okay. The projections have been too intense for many to divorce themselves from iniquity. The entire planet has bought into the illusion. This was evident in our recent presidential election—people are bamboozled. These projections have persisted for over 500 years and continue, now to the planet’s detriment. Read or listen to our blogs. Watch our vidio files. Do the drills. Do not attempt to reinvent the wheel. It will all come naturally once you engage. —Just John

  • PURCHOLOGY

What is the nature of this item? A few years ago, I found the need to develop a word to describe how to make sense of purchasing for profit. How can one make money from engaging in the sales process? Barter has been part of American society since its inception. It continues to rare its beauty each time we decide to purchase. The difference between then and now is that most consumers are confused about many offers. This confusion is the very reason why I coined the phrase Purchology. There is little doubt about the products that we need or desire. However, choosing the most beneficial offer for the specific consumer can be challenging. Wisdom becomes increasingly essential in making these choices as time passes. Why? "Vote with your dough!" One would be brain-dead to miss what is occurring with Democracy. One group of people believe that they can completely ignore most Americans and control the government by fiat. They mistakenly believe that their control of wealth will subdue the voting class of Americans. They forgot that America is a capitalistic society. Fortunately, we can vote with our dollars if all else fails. Voting in this fashion requires a conscience when purchasing (Purchology). We are obligated to buy only from companies or individuals supporting the US. Not some other entity. They may make many offers, but we must learn to reject any proposal that does not support our cause. How do we accomplish this? We have watched them merge, automate, outsource, and do every trick in the book to control the wealth and destiny of hundreds of millions of desperate people. Their CEOs live in homes that could house entire communities and receive dividends thousands of times larger than their salaried employees. These companies pay little taxes but exert their muscle to enact laws that will support them exclusively. Some suggest that people form organizations to separate the good guys from the bad. Doing so allows us to determine from whom we purchase our goods. We must do due diligence in separating the wheat from the chaff. This is not an easy task. Therefore, we must concentrate on the technology designed to assist this endeavor. We must make purchases from known allies! Stop buying from them. Why would anyone wish to make purchases from companies that pollute our environment or cause climate change if this is what we stand for? Why would anyone buy paper towels, toothpaste, electric vehicles, or visit Social media sites from companies that wish them not to vote and continuously support suppressing the vote? One will be surprised how simply "saying no" changes the game. Patriotic companies are standing with the American people, poised to fill the gap! Indulge them at all costs! Connect to the wise. There are many refreshing suggestions on the table. We must learn to organize and be stalwart in our opinions. We must ferret out the good from the bad and the ugly. All Americans must devote themselves to Democracy or lose it. A Tangled Web. A tangled web of companies are attempting to split hairs by donating to various political efforts, shilding their main intentions. This dishonesty must not deceive us. Unite with your fellow citizens! We can make a big difference by curtailing our purchasing habits. Contact a local group leader who can advise you and your family about companies that promote voter suppression and other self-serving actions. The Holy Bible tells us about serving two masters. They must make a choice, or the people must choose for them. Some of the wisest people we know are joining the worldwide diaspora of united people for good. They understand that it is a mentality... Many Blessings, Just, John

  • The Age of Mentality

The Art of Converting Negative Energy to Positive I believe a few things should be explained before using our program. Our program is not a religion, cult, or program designed to change or alter anyone's religion. It is a program designed to reconnect us to humanity. Some are confused about what they are. This exclusively prevents them from knowing who they are. Welcome to the "Age of Mentality," a sanctuary for the seekers of truth, resilience, and a profound understanding of the innate human potential within each of us. In a world of diverse beliefs, divisive ideologies, and a spectrum of influences, we stand as a beacon for those who choose to transcend the chaos and emerge as intelligent, empowered beings. We do not make promises of prosperity for those who engage in our program. However, we steer you to the mentality that exclusively assists these things through one's personal efforts. Regardless of your background, be it religious, political, racial, or cultural, our mission is to guide you toward a path of enlightenment that transcends the limitations of falsehoods and intentional deceit. We recognize the present challenges and prepare ourselves daily, not dwelling on past dimensions but fortifying ourselves physically, mentally, and spiritually for the future. We have observed the conduct of exceptional individuals who exemplify excellence across various industries. We believe they possess something intrinsic: a set of mental techniques that harness and transform negative energy into positive success. Through an in-depth analysis spanning the annals of time, we unveil these techniques to you, cost-free, in a user-friendly and comprehensive manner. In a world marred by lies, deceit, and corruption, we offer the means to vaccinate ourselves from their impact, fostering resilience and strength that build connections with the world. We acknowledge the Universe as an organism of truth and emphasize the pivotal role of truth in navigating our journey on Earth. Amidst a global atmosphere of mistrust, disillusionment, and shifting ideologies, we recognize the need to change our thinking to save our country, planet, and the Universe. Our pursuit of truth aims to free us from flawed beliefs and ideologies, fostering a mental shift that aligns with the Universe's fundamental truths. As we explore the concept of an unbalanced system, we acknowledge humans' role in tilting our planet off its keel. The imminent danger of this tilt necessitates a collective effort to rein in repulsive habits and address the issues that affect us on a global scale. We do not ask for your email address, phone number, or other identifying information.  We only ask you to join us mentally, exclusively, on this transformative journey, where we challenge evil, embrace truth, and tap into the God-given blessings within each of us. As we navigate this cruise toward abundance and joy, we invite you to join our discussion form to provide feedback. The steps of our program will be unveiled—free of charge, with no strings attached. We wish not to be the bearers of ominous news, but if we are aware of our environment, we can see that we are now living in a decadent society.  It is time for us to divorce ourselves from a physical world of lies and deceit. We must embrace the mindset of those who came before us. We are aware of their accomplishments. However, their talents and technology, quiet as it may be, still provide the planet with miraculous acumens. Some believe hiding these gifts and diminishing their value is necessary. We know this way of thinking results from ignorance and perceived self-preservation. As they did thousands of years prior, we understand there is no feast when only a few can gorge themselves. They believed contrarily that a feast occurred when there was enough food for all.  If you are not opposed to TRUTH, we ask you to mentally plug into a diaspora of people who built great societies that are being mimicked globally.  Embark on this journey with us. Contrary to many, we understand that our planet consists of more than one dimension, and obviously, the physical dimension does not afford us the opportunities that other dimensions do. We have acquired this wisdom through revisiting thousands of seasons and observing the harsh treatment of our ancestors globally.  Therefore, we can help you connect mentally with the planetary diaspora of people who believe in truth and honesty. You will never be required to expose your email address, name, or other identifying information to use our system unless you do so on your own accord. It is not required. Your connection will be mentally exclusive.   Let us guide you towards a destination where your Godly desires are fulfilled. Discipline and unity will be the adhesive that will serve as our eternal guide for endurance. Unlike other programs, we do not want to know your identity. Our system is designed for us to connect mentally exclusively. Anonymity provides a better connection. We do not rely on physicality for our endeavors. Click "Start here" at the end of this page to access our complete program. Using our program for five consecutive days will activate your brain to understand the new age we now inhabit. After indulging in our video and audio lounges, we are optimistic that you will see things as we do if you enjoy FREEDOM. Welcome to the "Age of Mentality." Sincerely, John Head Start Here

  • Masters of Deception

After eons of projection, some are still confused. Others understand what is occurring but are genetically incapable of speaking the truth as they fear their peers' reactions. Enormous spans of longsuffering have blinded many to accessing truth. The masters (no pun intended) have programmed them to believe contrary to their ancestral teachings.  Programs inserted by God are incapable of being erased. Still, human programming can be profound when applied for a period only known by God. This is a glitch-free program . This is why I am composing this blog this morning.  “A little dab ‘ll do ya” Golgotha, also known as Calvary, is a skull-shaped hill outside Jerusalem's walls where Jesus was crucified with two thieves. Whether one believes the story of Asad and Aset, Osirus and Isis, or Joseph and Mary, Jesus always touches the minds of people with heavy melanin in their skin whose ancestors have endured many tortuous seasons. People in this category mentally and spiritually associate themselves with Jesus. Their spirit continues to suggest that Jesus was a Black man. Whether this emotion was inserted by design or simply a natural reaction, I will address this subject later in this blog. Why and how did this belief occur? Those who refused to reject their ancient ancestral programming were often considered the bad slaves. They were tortured for their perspectives. Some who accepted their ancient ancestral programming were frequently confused, cognizant of their physical conditioning, and wise enough to default to other dimensions for survival. Therefore, they mentally, physically, and spiritually played the game of survival from more than one perspective. Then, some acquiesced to the programming of their masters. These are the ones that possessed, for lack of a better term, Stockholm Syndrome. Google it if you are unfamiliar with this concept. Some bondsmen were very wise. Why not?  While the slaves worked fulfilling just about every chore known to humankind for them exclusively, their bondsmen had plenty of time to devise means to control the people in bondage. Providing the slaves a little dab of truth amongst many lies worked very well, as it does until today. Corrupt and deceptive people continue to use these tactics to deceive the general public, although the season of slavery has ended for a few seasons, I hope. The Skin Game If it feels good, do it. This seems to be par for the course for the educated fool. Some have educated themselves to believe that life began in 1492. They are oblivious to what occurred long before this period, as doing so would not fit their sordid narratives. They have confiscated and enjoyed the technology, mores, culture, and some beliefs of people that they have knowingly, for some but unknowingly for others, enslaved for a few centuries. They have truncated, altered, and revised much of the culture for which they have educated themselves and their offspring to accept unconditionally. People with dark skin color, mainly the enslaved, have not been asleep. They have been most alert, as their lives depended on their alertness. Although confused, some were intelligent enough to know that God still existed, although they appeared to be abandoned by God. I’m not wise enough to understand why, but their masters gave them a story about a savior. This savior was Jesus. When the story was told, many could relate to it mainly because Jesus was chosen to be crucified instead of two other people who were corrupt thieves.  They were elated. This gave them hope of freedom someday. Regardless of how many images were presented to them of Jesus’ appearance, they believed that Jesus was one of them. History Supports it all. God is good! Throughout the annals of history, God has been right in our grills, allowing us to process unfettered truth. Whether it is Emmit Teal, Travon Martin, or George Floyd, etc., God has enabled humans to observe the story.  Why wouldn’t black people believe that Jesus was also black? Nowhere in the history of mankind has a person, other than a black person, been publicly crucified while some stood by and cheered. Maybe they did not cheer publicly, but their hearts revealed how they felt, and black people globally got it. Thank God on November 5th, 2024, like on Calvary, the people chose corrupt criminals instead of those innocent of wrongdoing, as the world watched. Because of these choices, some were bewildered, hurt, disappointed, and angry. Some, thank God, continued to believe stories planted in their genes by God and understood how and why this would occur at this time.  They are not confused by the tricks and devices that crippled them and their ancestors for eons. Now, the entire planet can indulge the wisdom of God if they choose. To their chagrin, some will turn a blind eye to this miraculous event. The energy expended to effectuate this moment is enormous and gratifying to those who understand how to convert negative energy to positive energy. Most are oblivious to the importance of possessing this knowledge, as they, too, have been deceived by wealth and power. However, everyone will be surprised by its effectiveness. The Grape Vine “Intelligent” and very wealthy people have deceived themselves that their way of thinking is sublime. Their desire for wealth and power has made them believe that if one is influential and affluent, they are privileged to wisdom, for which others are bereft.  Many follow them and their mindsets and are lured to wealth and power by their massive mega horns and media of deception. Even after observing and embracing the wisdom and intelligence of cultures many seasons prior, for the love of money and power, most have turned their backs on the most important lessons provided by the portals of antiquity. www.ageofmentality.com . Our ancestors have adorned the Grape Vine and drum communication techniques for many seasons. Their existence depended upon it. Of course, those blinded by wealth and power will never understand the immense power of this communication method. They have constructed megachurches, Internet social media sites, algorithms, AI, and only God knows what other gadgets and gizmos to continue deceiving the public. Still, they are unaware of God's upgrades for all dimensions, not exclusively physical ones. Some still believe they can completely control humans by confiscating technology. They are unaware that when they seized the technology of other cultures, they only confiscated the things they felt were important to them. They were not aware of things that different cultures believed to be most important. Wise people understand the power of a communication system that cannot be compromised. We can observe it in living color as we observe the Ukraine wars. Communicating in secret is of utmost importance. It enables the people to unify under the radar and become invincible. My point is missed if I require further explanation of this type of communication. If so, there is a reason for this also. Projection From Calvary We are now observing a cadre of individuals who believe they can undo God's wishes through AI, algorithms, media, and social media platforms. They have deceived themselves and their offspring into thinking concepts that are in total opposition to the will of God. Although some astrophysicists will concur, one is not required to reach this level of education to understand that the map does not represent the territory when we observe what is occurring here in America.  Some people with enormous wealth and power believe they can rule the entire planet by accumulating wealth. They have obscured their vision for wealth to the point that they will steal not only one’s health, wealth, and pursuit of happiness but also one’s salvation if allowed. We are more intelligent than this, however. God has blessed America by allowing America to be a melting pot of all humanity despite America’s mistakes. One would believe that people in America would appreciate this blessing. Nonetheless, people in America have been deceived and are poised to throw the baby out with the bathwater. It began when America started dividing its people by skin melanin. After years of longsuffering, even the indigent people of America bought the deception. The entire planet Earth was deceived by America’s wealth and prominence, not even observing from whence it comes. America has reached critical mass. The super-wealthy are now fanning their fannies in the face of the entire planet, and their booties are very funky to smell.  Some who believe they have infinite wisdom ask society to embrace their perversion.  Yes. I said perversion. Now, America and the entire planet Earth are being steered by lies, corruption, and deception.  Like on Calvary, Americans default to crucifying the honest and embracing iniquity for a season. It is all good, however. The perversion is in the air. Everyone can now see for themselves what indigent people and those enslaved for centuries are observing. The good thing about it is we are not required to breach God’s laws to subdue it.  We can now place our pitchforks back in the barn and embrace an enormous mental movement that has existed for eons. One must question if our nation would still exist if it did not exist. We would have “wars and rumors of wars.”  Thank God we are now provided with the requisite wisdom required to subdue the beast of deception without confrontation, something never accomplished before by humans.

  • The Paradigm Shift

The Shift A paradigm shift identified by American physicist Thomas Kuhn is a fundamental change in a scientific discipline's basic concepts and experimental practices. A few weeks ago, a football player decided not to stand for when our national anthem was playing. When I first observed this resistance, I was somewhat appalled. I guess the Marine in me started to resurface. I thought about what this athlete was saying, and later I more understood his feelings. I got it. Look around us. Despair I understand that there is much despair in all communities. The difference is the black community has always been the caboose on the train. We must realize that the black community is not merely a place where poor people live across the tracks as before. Black people live in many different communities. Believe it or not, black people have been living next door to white people since I was a child, and I am no spring chicken. What is surprising is white individuals in the neighborhood did not know that many of their neighbors were not white. The good part is they have been living and communicating with these people for many years without strife. Living in Harmony I have lived in areas in the USA that have been considered super racist. Neighbors inscribed nasty words upon my garage door, damaged my car and my personal property. I got little respect from the police department. Stops were more frequent than when I was still living in the hood. Sometimes I have been required to leave specific neighborhoods because of racial hatred exclusively. I have also lived in predominately white areas. There I was greeted with open arms as any other neighbor. Unfortunately, people are not always the same. What is irritating is for people to stand by and lose their dignity and mojo by condoning the dispersing of negative energy into the atmosphere. Understanding the Power of Nature It can be described in scientific terms or lay; the results remain positive and negative charges attract each other, creating energy. Positive energy will absorb the negative and use this power's thrust to perform excellence, whether physical, mental, or spiritual. Nature always balances the scales! Expending Negative Energy It is impressive to observe how misinformed our populace has become. Many proclaim to be people of high moral values because of their association with certain religious groups. Still, they embrace negative statements and actions that define them. Many hide behind computer firewalls and spew negative words globally, not realizing that every negative utterance they make about an individual or group provides energy to transform into affirmative action naturally. As a result, producers of negative vile marginalize themselves and their values and strengths. What Defiles a Person Jesus called the crowd to Him and said, "Listen and understand. A man is not defiled by what enters his mouth, but" by what comes out of it. The rule of thumb is never to expend negative energy. It will only make you weaker. It would take a real dummy to sit all day long spewing vile words across the world on the Internet or through any other device. Forgive them. "For they know not what they doth." Bubbling with Energy I can assure you that this football player mentioned earlier has harnessed and converted an incredible amount of negative energy into positive physical energy. Doing so would be necessary to be competitive in pro football. This success level is not enough for this good brother, however. He needs to do more. There is far too much negative energy in the air. He is now tapping into using this harnessed and converted energy into positive mental energy and physical and mental excellence. Beyond Physical Energy Soon this young football player and many other athletes like him will begin using powers that will be foreign to them and others. Athletes have already reached critical mass. They have mastered processing negative energy for physical strength and efficiency! They have begun now to transfer this fuel into positive mental energy predominantly. Now other people are starting to understand how to handle negative energy also. What About You?

  • Mother Speaking

February 20, 2006 Sandy Wells: interviews ■  'I could make a book of myself' She's a tiny lady. When you walk into her house in Rand, you hardly notice her, so small, sitting in the corner. But Nedia Head isn't a shrinking violet! Start her talking, and she erupts with energy, laughter, and spiritual joy that has transcended a life of heartache and hard work. She values work, second only to her unshakable faith. She loves reminiscing about her childhood and the 53 years she spent in the coal camp at Carbon working for Dr.Marvin Houck. She cooked, cleaned, and raised his three daughters. She was grateful for the work and proud of her being the Granddaughter of a slave. She turned 102 this month. "I turned 102 last Thursday [Feb. 9). I don't even believe it. How do you act when you get 102? I don't know what to do. If I could write, I could write a book about myself. It would take a long time to write a history of my life because I've come so far. "When I go to bed, I just lay and cry and pray, thinking of things way back. So many things pop into my mind. Just look how far things have come. Everybody got their own home. Everybody has their car, and they go where they want to go. When I was growing up, you had to walk. My grandmother got up early on Sundays, and I don't know how many miles she had to walk to church. She never missed church. "My grandmother was a slave. She came over on a slave ship with her sister. One went one way, and one went the other, and they never saw each other again. "She went to the Raleigh area and lived with rich people. She lived in one of the slave cabins. She was the one who made the clothes for everybody. They had someone do the cooking, and someone clean the house. They were really nice to her, she said. She had 12 children. She liked to sing. She could read anything that came along in print, but she couldn't read handwriting at all. If a handwritten letter, she couldn't read a word of it. "I lay at night and think about what my grandmother used to do, like fishing at the river. This was when all her children were grown. She would pack our buckets with food, and we'd go to the riverbank, and she would sit all day and fish, and we would play on the riverbank. Then, at night, we'd go home just like we'd been workin' the whole day. "I grew up in Clayton, near Raleigh, and lived out in the country. To get to town, we'd go through this dark-covered bridge. It took a long time to go across that river. It was dark at night, and there were robbers, and people would get killed going through there. Now it's all built up like Buckroe Beach. "I started working when I was 14, but before I was old enough to really work, we would go with the wagons to Portsmouth. The wagons would load up with oysters, and they would get the children to shuck them. I would sit all day and shell oysters. My hands would sometimes be bleeding, but I'd wash them off and come back and shell oysters for them to take to market. I got a nickel for the whole day, and we were glad to get that nickel. The ones that got a dime thought they were rich. The school I went to was all black. It was a great big old building with all of them in that one room up to the seventh grade . I went to the fourth grade. "I've had that [racism] come up o n me real bad. At one of those beaches, they'd say terrible things to me. I approached the counter once to get waited on, and they called me names. And the ones in there waiting would call me names, too. I'd just go on. Now, Look how far it's come. "We moved to Hollands, Va., when I was 13. I started washing dishes. I worked for Dr. Hollands. Everybody around there was named Hollands. My dad worked on the railroads. First, he worked on the trains, and then he started fixing rails. And that's how we got to Charleston, for him to work on the railroad. The first man I married, he was working at a hotel in Charleston when I met him. Then we lived in Ansted where he was a coal miner, and that's when my first daughter was born. My first husband died of pneumonia. It was years before I married again. I married George Head. He worked in the mines at Carbon where my other three children were born. So I had four children, Dee, Robert, John and Juanita. Robert, my baby son, he passed about three years ago. My second husband liked to drink, but he wasn't the kind that would drink and not work. I'm not the kind for lookin' back with wishes because God's been good to me. But when my husband would take a drinking spell, I didn't like that. I never did drink myself, but I try to drink now, just a little swallow. A lot of people drink every day, and they're better off than I am. My husband was sick for six long years with cancer of the throat. I had a hard time with four children and a husband sick with cancer and working. But I had some dear friends who helped me. The Lord blessed me because people have been good to me. He would show me the way even when I didn't even think I could get a way. I would think I wasn't gonna make it this time, but somebody would come along. I worked at Carbon for Dr. [Manvin] Houck. I worked for Dr. Houck for 53 years. They's so good to me. I did their cooking. I raised Carolyn, Mary T. and Nancy, and I loved them. They're still so sweet to me. I miss those days at Carbon. Sometimes I sit and cry and say, 'Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Jesus.' After the children were grown, there was nobody but me and Dr. and Mrs. Houck. Finally the doctor bought this place up in Lewisburg and there wasn't anybody at Carbon but me and him. He still doctored at Carbon and went home to Lewisburg whenever he could. Carbon was hardly nothin'. There was the railroad and a boardinghouse and the doctor's office and a lot of houses. The Thomases, they owned all that. We lived way down across from the railroad. My house had three rooms. We had to get water from the spring. You had to go get it before dark. That was a terrible time. I'd walk to work in snow up to my knees. At the first house I'd get to, they'd say, 'You gonna die!' At the next house, they'd say, 'You ain't got no sense out there walkin' in snow up to your knees!' But I just kept on going. All those people telling me I was going to kill myself, and they've all been dead so long, and here I am 102! What was so funny, I was walking knee deep in snow and Mr. Watson (the tiny postmaster) ran and stopped me and said, 'Nedia! Nedia! The police gonna arrest you!' I got so scared. I said, 'What have I done, Mr. Watson, to get in jail?' And he said, 'Nedia, you're beating the traffic. You gonna be arrested for speeding!' I'm glad I worked. That's good for you, when you get out and work and exercise yourself. I could get a job now if it wasn't for this arthritis. I do housework and cooking. I'm not educated for nothin' else. I get around pretty good on this walker, but I can do a lot of things sitting down, like stringing beans. My life's been kind of hard. I love going to bed at night because I'm 102 years old, and I think back, and it's like a picture to me, like I see all the pictures, like a movie show. I can see how hard I've had to work and my children and tryin' to make a livin'. I enjoy going to bed because I can talk to Jesus, 'cause he knows all about it. I just lay there and talk to myself and pray and tears come out. And I thank the Lord because he still makes the way for me.
