- Recognizable Change
The old man sat in his small, cluttered study, the dim light from the evening sun casting long shadows across the room. His fingers danced over the worn keyboard of his laptop as he typed with deliberate slowness, careful to choose each word with precision. The blog post he was composing felt like the culmination of decades of watching, waiting, and understanding—a lifetime of observing how the universe constantly, in its patient way, restores balance. "The universe has an order," he wrote. "No matter how hard we try, we will not reverse its course." He paused, letting the words sink in, at least for himself. He had seen too much to believe otherwise. In his youth, he had been swept up in the same ambitions as so many others—assuming that power, wealth, or status could somehow bend the rules of existence. But now, in his twilight years, he knew better. The universe was fair. Brutally so. And for those who tuned themselves to its rhythms, its fairness was unmistakable. "The universe has laws of reciprocity," he continued. "These laws are elementary to understand, but overzealous human beings lead others astray for their gain. They preach foolish doctrines, and their followers believe—oh, how they believe—that these shortcuts will bring them success." He had seen it repeatedly in history and his own life. Those who sought to manipulate the laws of the universe for self-aggrandizement always fell. It might not happen right away, but the universe had infinite patience. When the reckoning came, it was swift, merciless, and unavoidable. "We cannot hide from ourselves," he typed, the memory of an old friend flashing through his mind—a man who had risen to prominence in business by stepping on the backs of others, only to crumble under the weight of his deceit. "Everywhere we go, there we are." As the words flowed, the old man thought of the world outside his window, of the affluent neighborhoods that now grappled with the same problems they had long ignored in poorer communities. The irony was thick, almost unbearable. He had watched as drugs ravaged the underprivileged for years, a plague that seemed invisible to those with wealth. Those same poisons had seeped into the gated communities, and suddenly, there was an outcry—a desperate call to fix the problem. He chuckled darkly to himself. "If the shoe fits, wear it," he muttered under his breath, then added it to the post. He was not mocking them, far from it. But he could not ignore the irony. The same people who had once turned a blind eye were now consumed by the same afflictions they had once dismissed. It was poetic, in a way. "I have seen this before," he wrote, his mind drifting back to darker times. He remembered the lobotomies, the drug experiments on prisoners, the vile things that were done to those who had no power, no voice. He had witnessed horrors people liked to forget but never could. Those experiments were done under the guise of 'progress,' Now, decades later, society was reaping the consequences. What other vile experiments, he wondered, had been conducted that had yet to come to light? "Now, all of a sudden, there is an urgent need to fix the opiate crisis," he typed. His fingers moved slower now, the weight of the truth pressing on him. "These problems have existed for decades, but now that it has reached the homes of the wealthy, it's an emergency. The chickens have come home to roost, and this is only the beginning." He could feel the universe stirring, adjusting its balance. The retribution would be overwhelming for those with malignant hearts, for those who had profited from the suffering of others. It was already happening, and the signs would only grow more apparent in the coming days. "The universe has a conscience," he wrote. "And there will be consequences for those who defy its natural order." He had seen good people crushed by forces beyond their control while the privileged lived untouched. But now, the privileged were no longer immune. It was as though the universe had finally decided enough was enough. Despite already having everything, those who believed they were entitled to more would soon find their fortunes reversed. Their frantic efforts to cover their tracks, to hide from the truth, would only dig them deeper into the inevitable. "They will reject the truth," he typed. "They will run from it, try to hide from it, but the truth will not be ignored. It is happening as I write this." He leaned back in his chair, the blog post nearing completion. The world outside his window looked the same as always—quiet, orderly, a facade of peace. But he knew better. Beneath that calm exterior, the storm was brewing, and there was nothing anyone could do to stop it. "There is little left for us to do now," he concluded. "Respect the dictates of nature, and we will be fine. Sooner or later, those that defy the natural order will self-destruct. Sit in your favorite chair, get a bowl of popcorn if you like tragedy, and watch the show; if not the same as I do, watch a good comedy. We have passed into a new dimension." With a final sigh, he added the last words: "Thank God." He clicked "publish" and closed his laptop. As he sat there, the quiet hum of the universe seemed louder than ever. There was nothing left to do but join people who believe in TRUTH and wait. The order of things would restore itself, as it always did. And when it did, he would be watching.
- Rights to Vote
Some are hoping and praying that the Senate passes legislation to insure voting rights for all people. This issue no longer concerns some of us as it has in past seasons. Why? We have learned a few new tricks that have not been fully examined by most. "When they go low, we go high!" Transparency is all that we now require. The tides have changed, and lies are in such abundance until they have become an abomination to God, and exposure thereof is the key to freedom for many onlookers! I am happy to see that Chuck Schumer gets it. Others are way off the mark. They still foolishly believe to their chagrin, however, that their non-actions can protect them. They, too, will soon learn the importance of absolute TRUTH as others have learned in past seasons. Yes! Let us have a Senatorial vote on voting rights, win or lose! Why? Because once we know their votes, we will also know their hearts. Thusly, "We will know them by their fruits." Their choices can now paint their spirits into iniquity (see Acts 8:23), greed (see Acts 8:18–23), lust (Job 31:1–12), and stubbornness (I Samuel 15:23). Senators' exposures to lying, cheating, and other vile acts of corruption against humanity are now available for all to see and discreetly channel. Now the planet is left with few choices. We are now obligated to use our heavenly missions to turn the tides of evil and advance humankind into a more harmonious future! There is a prerequisite that we allow God and Nature be the arbiters of our actions and decisions. Then for sure, there will be no ambiguity in the choices that we make to subdue this nasty sore on the crust of the Earth! People with advanced wisdom will rejoice when they realize the names of the Senators that conjured the unmitigated gall to deprive the voting rights of not only people of color, but to take away the rights from anyone that dare to disagree with them. Knowledge of this information exclusively is creating a NEGATIVE ENERGY spike unbeknownst to humankind! Some are so misinformed until they cherish a filibuster that is the nod, nod, wink, wink that enemies of freedom, and plants pretending to be allies, have used to suppress the rights of people of color for eons. Now they are letting it all hang out! Some are so confused until they are mimicking the the spirits of their vile ancestors to believe that cruelty is the panacea to cure all evil. God and Nature have now provided humankind with mechanisms to detect, record, harness and convert this negative energy into enormous positive RESULTS with little effort. Just, John
- Is It Felony Murder?
When President Obama roasted Donald Trump at that infamous dinner in Washington D.C., Mr. Trump did not realize that Obama was using ancient tactics on Mr. Trump to ferret out negative energy. Mr. Trump was enraged! Some believe that his anger propelled him to become President! Not only did Trump provide huge negative energy for converting, but he also convinced millions to condone his actions. Obama did not expect such a bounty. Obama was only testing the waters but hit the jackpot! The negative energy was like none before, and those familiar with what happens next are sure that it will enable healing globally. Not only did Trump provide huge negative energy for converting, but he has now exposed the entire Republican Party to an alleged murder COVER-UP while the entire planet watches. Whether the alleged Trump, and his coconspirators know it or not, Merrick Gardner will more than likely charge all conspiring members with felony murder, in addition to sedition if he really does his job. Sedition may be a little difficult to prove, but the excitement of the riot is obvious. We all saw what happened! When a person is killed in committing a dangerous felony, the FELONY MURDER RULE is at play. It really does not matter who did the killing, the rule still applies to all involved. The RNC will now be exposed exponentially. The RNC will now be accused of censuring Liz Cheney and others for simply getting to the bottom of the truth and exposing those responsible for the taking the lives of others by their reckless behavior, which is undoubtedly MURDER! Pence and Lindsay Graham are wise enough to see the freight train coming down the track. Others are foolish enough to believe that their silence will exculpate them. Ha! RNC constituents, consisting of Evangelical Christians are now donating money to a party that provides the legal fees for obviously accused MURDERERS. I'm positive that their God will just love this. Wise people LOVE their efforts, however; as they just have more negative energy to convert. Some just keep on giving! No big thing to them because they do not understand what is occurring. Some will double, or even triple down, on their evil acts believing that they are hurting others, while the wise ones laugh and enjoy their strange behavior as a Soap Opera or other entertainment! People that know the score really love it! I am sure the RNC members will love to continue hiding their courageous histories from their children. Perhaps in a few years or so, they can too burn this history from all books that mention anything about it, along with their other glamorous histories. If one inserts a smidgen of intelligence in appraising this endeavor, it would be more fruitful to burn the entire Internet than books, if either is possible! I am sure that every book that is burned is available in many different genres online. These acts are totally revealing! Wise people that understand the signs of the seasons are delighted with their efforts. The negative energy that is produced is world-changing! Some unconsciously keep on giving! Their enormous gifts enable marching in the streets, protesting, wearing signs saying "I am a Man" and Black Lives Matter, etc. to become only relics of the past. Everything can now be done by remote control. After all is said and done we are in the high-tech age! We call it the age of mentality! Join us and learn how to navigate our new blessings. www.ageofmentality.com Just, John
- Test of the Spirit
Some are very amusing to their followers and those standing by waiting to channel every evil word that comes from their mouths or every untoward action they take and convert them to goodness. Preparers of illusions know nothing about what is secretly happening to them, and we cannot expect them to see, for they have emerged themselves into an untenable dimension of fantasy. This unknown factor is poised to change the entire planet Earth. Faulty Beliefs Some people believe that for success, all that is necessary is for them to make a statement and acquire a large following to promote said statement with buckets of cash. Whether true or false, the number of followers will tip the scales or bend the arc in favor of truth. Yes. This is true. The numbers will count until the time arrives when spirits are tested by events that demand the truth. This is a foregone conclusion! Following Ma'at, grief is likely to occur if one is not in balance with it, Ma'at! They will flail helplessly for recognition, but NOONE will believe them any longer, for they would have defied the mandates of all Gods - THE TRUTH. Their minds will become one with tyrants and dictators, and they will be willing to salvage the entire planet and all humankind for a mere whim, knowing that the process is not that simple, even with the advent of nuclear weapons. Why? It is easy to understand why if you know God has programmed humans in God's nature. Humans have no choice! Will Truth Prevail? Unbelievably God will determine when the Earth no longer exists! Not man, and especially not by one man. The misguided often fool themselves into being fearless, but fear will soon become their worst enemy. If they continue to douse fear upon others, fear will quickly devour them, for they will live out their fears in their minds and believe them to be valid unless they come in balance with Ma'at, Nature, the Earth, the Cosmos, the Universe, and finally God. Now the Planet can Observe Look at them! It is already happening. God has blessed us now with devices so we can observe these things occurring in living color from the comforts of our living rooms. Praise God! Who in their right mind would attempt to overthrow a powerful institution such as the Capitol of The United States of America with a profoundly severe army, let alone a bunch of lonely, rudderless individuals following a small group of senile leaders? Who will be their leader, and who will trust him or her? Even liars do not trust other liars. Guaranteed he or she will strip the pot dry of cash before the first move is made. Power and money attract them to lose all touch with reality. There is NO honor among thieves! That's the nature of the beast - all for me and to hell with all else. They will soon devour themselves, regardless of what occurs. They are known for their "fruits"!
- Gifts From Our Ancestors
Raw Lies There is a noticeable difference between people whose lives have been portrayed by lies for centuries as opposed to those who have not tasted of this bitter fruit. People must experience the consequences of lies before genuinely understanding their potency. The chickens come home to roost once one is prohibited from reading, shackled to the wooden floor of a slave ship, restricted from all mobility, slashed with the cat of the nine tail for utter amusement, hanged by the neck until lifeless, or watched their children used as toys, and footstools for the comfort of no reason, only to name a few. These people can never be deceived. Neither can their offspring, as resisting lies has become part of their DNA. Many have a sixth sense to ferret out lies from the truth. This is an enormous blessing, among others, passed on by their ancestors through their genes. They have learned the art of being deceived. They have learned to give people what they want! Their doing so always lessens some of the pain that could be anticipated for the balance of their lives. They learned to entertain the master, bloat his ego, and call him a captain, knowing he was only a private. They learn to do the jig and pretend to be happy in their time of most despair. More importantly, they discovered that there is energy in evil thoughts and acts, and they have learned to harness and direct this energy for good. The Damned Sometimes the importance of TRUTH raises its beautiful head when one is sitting in a cold jail cell, awaiting arraignment for the prosecution of crimes unimaginable. Reality becomes more apparent when one finds that their reason for incarceration is because they responded to the desires of a person or people that have lied to them for fame, profit, or power and have been lying to them all along. Welcome to the club. Their ancestors and many people of color have tasted this bitter fruit their entire lives. They have lived in fear of some evil liar with the power of position exclusively ruining their lives and the lives of their families by “little white lies” that they impose upon others, sometimes for amusement exclusively. Imagine how many people can be affected by lies as those allegedly expressed on FOX News. The rippling effect is incredible and will only be foddered to unveil more TRUTH. Many with wisdom from past experiences watch in amazement as others digest blatant lies that those programmed in knowledge will never contemplate. The Blessing Some are blessed but are unaware of their blessings! Some attempt to use their gifts for revenge only to their chagrin. There are many blessings hidden inside us that are mysterious indeed as a result of isometric energy derived from the long-suffering of our ancestors passed down through our genes. Henrietta Lacks possessed blood cells unbeknownst to medical science. Pyramids were built eons before our existence, and some of us have been enabled portals to this past through our genes. Wisdom from these far-off places and times is a blessing of enormous value. I have previously explained this in many of my blogs, but the same as Henrietta Lacks’ genes will remain obscure until the utility value is necessary. The time is nigh! - Emotional Alchemy: Transforming your life by using your emotions
by pikisuperstar Introduction to Emotional Alchemy We live in a time of unprecedented challenges and opportunities, which calls for a new way of thinking and being in the world. Some have called this the "Age of Mentality," a period of human history in which our capacity for emotional and mental transformation will be the key to unlocking our full potential as individuals and as a species. Emotional alchemy is at the heart of this shift - turning our difficult experiences and negative emotions into fuel for growth, wisdom, and compassion. By learning to harness the power of our minds and cultivate resilience in the face of adversity, we can survive the challenges of our time and thrive in ways we never thought possible. In this blog post, we'll explore the science, spirituality, and personal stories illuminating this emotional transformation path. From the principles of energy conversion to the insights of ancient wisdom traditions, from the latest findings in psychology to the lived experiences of those who have overcome incredible odds, we'll discover the tools and practices that can help us alchemize our pain into purpose and our struggles into strength. The Science of Energy Conversion Let's first explore the scientific principle of energy conversion to understand how we can transform negative emotions into positive outcomes. According to the first law of thermodynamics , energy cannot be created or destroyed; it can only be converted from one form to another. We see this principle in nature, from how plants convert sunlight into chemical energy through photosynthesis to how our bodies convert food into fuel for our cells. So, what does this have to do with emotions? Just like physical energy, our emotions can be thought of as a form of energy that flows through us. When we experience negative emotions like anger, fear, or sadness, that energy can feel heavy and draining. But what if we could learn to convert that negative emotional energy into something more positive and productive? John Head's Personal Story and Insights The author and speaker, John Head, powerfully illustrates the transformative potential of emotional alchemy in his story of the harrowing experiences of his grandfather, Papa Josh. As a young 14-year-old enslaved child, Papa Josh endured unspeakable abuse, including being lashed with a “ cat of nine tails ” until he lost consciousness. The brutality was so severe that observers thought he had died, but fellow enslaved people nursed him back to health. In the aftermath of this trauma, Papa Josh made a vow never to feel the pain of the lash again. From that moment until his passing at the age of 101, he lost all sensation in his skin. While this may have protected against further physical suffering, John reflects on the profound hopelessness that must have driven his grandfather to use his "most precious blessing" rather than channeling his energy into finding a path to freedom. As painful as it is to recount, John sees in his grandfather's story a powerful lesson about the human capacity for resilience and the importance of harnessing our inner resources for healing and growth. He wonders what might have been possible if Papa Josh had possessed the knowledge and support to transform his pain into a catalyst for liberation rather than a means of numbing himself to abuse further. In sharing this deeply personal story, John invites us to consider how we may use our "precious blessings" to cope with pain and trauma and imagine how we might redirect that energy toward more constructive ends. He encourages us to seek out the resources, relationships, and practices to help us process our difficult experiences healthily rather than simply suppressing or escaping them. Of course, this is a deeply personal journey that requires patience, support, and often the guidance of mental health professionals. But by facing our wounds with courage and compassion, as John suggests, we open ourselves up to the possibility of profound transformation—not just for ourselves but also for the collective healing of our communities and our world. Cultivating Resilience and Harnessing the Mind's Power One of the keys to transforming negative emotions is developing resilience – the ability to bounce back from setbacks and adapt to change. Research in psychology has identified several strategies for building resilience, including cultivating a growth mindset (the belief that we can learn and improve through effort), practicing self-compassion (treating ourselves with kindness and understanding), and developing flexibility in our thoughts and behaviors. In addition to building resilience, we can also learn to harness the power of our minds to promote positive transformation. Our thoughts and beliefs profoundly impact our emotional well-being, and by becoming more aware of our mental patterns, we can start redirecting our energy towards more constructive outcomes. Building these outcomes involves practicing techniques like cognitive reframing (looking at situations from different perspectives), mindfulness meditation (cultivating present-moment awareness), or setting intentions for personal growth. The Pursuit of Truth and Personal Growth Another critical aspect of personal transformation is the pursuit of truth about ourselves and our world. Understanding the truth requires a commitment to self-awareness, honesty, and openness to learning. We can better understand ourselves and others by regularly reflecting on our experiences, seeking diverse perspectives, and challenging our assumptions. Pursuing truth also involves aligning our personal growth with our values and a sense of purpose. When we clarify what truly matters to us and what kind of person we want to be, we can make more intentional choices about directing our energy and attention. This alignment can be a powerful source of motivation and resilience in facing challenges. Spiritual and Philosophical Connections While science offers invaluable insights into emotional transformation, many people also find guidance and inspiration in spiritual and philosophical traditions. The concept of emotional alchemy—turning suffering into wisdom and compassion—is found in teachings from Christianity to Buddhism to Sufism, reminding us that difficult experiences can be gateways to greater understanding and personal growth. In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus advocates "turning the other cheek" (Matthew 5:39) - a profound example of responding to negativity not with retaliation but with compassion and forgiveness. This idea aligns with the notion that we can transmute our painful experiences by choosing a higher perspective rooted in love and understanding. Also, Transformation through surrender is a biblical theme that parallels the concept of emotional alchemy. Saul's dramatic conversion on the road to Damascus (Acts 9) demonstrates how letting go of our old, destructive patterns and embracing a new way of being can lead to profound personal transformation. Saul's journey from persecutor to apostle is a testament to the transformative power of aligning oneself with a higher truth. The ancient Egyptian principle of Maat , emphasizing truth, balance, and ethical living, offers a framework for aligning our actions with universal principles of harmony and justice. Similarly, Stoic philosophy provides practical tools for cultivating resilience, self-discipline, and inner peace in life's ups and downs. Of course, how we integrate spiritual and philosophical wisdom into our personal growth journeys is deeply individual. What resonates with one person may not be meaningful to another. The key is approaching these traditions with an open and discerning mind, taking what is helpful and discarding the rest. Building Support Systems and Seeking Professional Guidance As we navigate the path of personal transformation, it's crucial to remember that we don't have to do it alone. Building a solid support system of trusted friends, family members, and mentors can give us the encouragement, perspective, and accountability we need to sustain our growth over time. In addition to personal support, seeking the guidance of mental health professionals can be incredibly valuable, especially when dealing with trauma, mental health challenges, or significant life transitions. Therapists and counselors can offer evidence-based strategies for managing difficult emotions, changing unhelpful patterns of thought and behavior, and promoting overall well-being. Self-Care and Personal Responsibility Ultimately, personal transformation requires a commitment to self-care and individual responsibility. This means actively participating in our well-being, setting healthy boundaries, and making choices that align with our values and goals. It also means being patient and compassionate with ourselves, recognizing that growth is a gradual and lifelong process. By developing a personalized self-care plan that includes practices like regular exercise, healthy eating, sufficient sleep, and stress management techniques, we can create a strong foundation for emotional resilience and personal growth. By taking responsibility for our thoughts, feelings, and actions, we empower ourselves to create positive change in our lives and the world around us. Steps to Put in Practice At the core of the Age of Mentality is that negative energy, while often painful and draining, can be harnessed as a resource for personal and collective growth. This transformative potential lies in our ability to engage with negativity rather than merely endure it consciously. Below are five crucial steps to consider implementing into a daily practice for converting negative energy into something positive: Trespass Against No One : Take responsibility for your actions and how they contribute to your circumstances. Reframe Negativity: Accept humiliations and other negative experiences not as facts but as raw potential. Reframing isn’t justifying evil behavior; we view negativity as energy that can fuel growth. Check Your Interpretations : Do not misconstrue harmless actions as malicious. Distinguish between actual harm and simple annoyance. Be Objective : Don't personalize perceived slights; recognize what was not intended for you. Choose Battles Wisely : Understand what requires your energy and what is better left to pass without confrontation. Effective energy conversion requires us to create a mentally and physically conducive environment. Here's how you can start embracing the Age of Mentality: Create a Comfortable Space : Designate a peaceful environment where you feel safe and grounded, enabling introspection and transformation. Incorporate Motivational Tools : Use audio or written affirmations like the 42 Principles of Maat to stay motivated and aligned with your values. Engage in Physical Exercise. Include isometric exercises, which symbolize holding space for transformation. These exercises combine physical exertion with mental focus to transform negativity. Conclusion As we navigate the challenges and opportunities of the Age of Mentality, remember that our minds are powerful tools for transformation. By learning to alchemize our negative emotions into fuel for growth and compassion, we can heal ourselves and contribute to the healing of our world. This path of emotional and mental transformation can be challenging, but it is infinitely rewarding. By integrating insights from science, spirituality, and personal experience, cultivating resilience and self-awareness, and seeking out supportive relationships and self-care practices, we can unlock our full potential as individuals and as a collective. So, let us approach this work with curiosity, compassion, and a willingness to embrace the full spectrum of human experience. Let us share our stories, support one another, and stay open to new insights and perspectives. And remember that, even in our darkest moments, we can alchemize our pain into purpose and our struggles into strength. In this Age of Mentality, may we each find our own path to emotional and mental transformation and use our gifts to create a world of greater wisdom, compassion, and resilience for all. - Wholesale Evil Provides More
Evil has always been present in the world in its most insidious form. It has not merely existed as an abstract concept or distant phenomenon; it has been embedded in the very fabric of human history. It is often disguised, cloaked in deception, and distorted by those who benefit from it. Whether through manipulation, lies, or systems of injustice, evil thrives on the untruths that it propagates. As we examine the evolution of evil, it becomes clear that its influence is not only pervasive but also a primary source of the negative energy that affects us all. 1. The Persistent Nature of Evil The story of Adam and Eve in the Bible is an archetype that reveals a timeless truth about the nature of evil. The serpent deceived Eve, convincing her to eat from the Tree of Knowledge, an act that led to humanity’s fall from grace. This ancient narrative underscores a fundamental reality: evil often appears in attractive or justified forms, but the consequences are disastrous. From that moment on, humanity has been exposed to the continual assault of lies and distortions. And if evil took root, why would we believe it would suddenly disappear? Just as the serpent in the garden distorted God's intentions for humanity, lies, misrepresentations, and falsehoods are still the driving forces behind much of the world's suffering. From political manipulation to personal betrayals, the damage inflicted by evil actions is almost always exacerbated by the lies that sustain them. 2. Lies and Deception as Catalysts for Evil At the core of every evil action is a distortion of truth. Whether it’s a politician lying to gain power or a corporation exploiting people for profit, the common denominator is deception. Whether subtle or blatant, lies are the catalysts that allow evil to grow. They sow division, cause confusion, and create an environment where people are led astray. This is no new phenomenon; it has always been a part of our collective story. The first charlatans, who manipulated and misled for personal gain, are no different from today's deceivers. Their tactics are the same: twist the truth to serve a self-interested agenda, manipulate people's perceptions, and obscure reality. Over time, these lies accumulate and create a toxic energy that feeds hatred, distrust, and division. The longer these deceptions persist, the more ingrained they become in society until the truth is hard to discern. 3. The False Promise of Retribution In the face of evil, the natural human impulse is often to seek revenge or retribution—to fight fire with fire. Many believe that justice can only be achieved through retaliation. However, this cycle of revenge only perpetuates the negative energy of evil, further entrenching the forces that caused harm in the first place. True healing lies in breaking the cycle rather than retaliating with anger or violence. The key to overcoming evil is not to mirror its actions but to rise above them. This is where humility comes into play. By practicing humility—by refusing to let oneself be consumed by anger or hatred—one can convert negative energy into positive action. This idea echoes through many religious traditions, where forgiveness, peace, and compassion are antidotes to evil's destructive power. The transformation of negative energy into positive resolve requires mental conditioning. It's not an easy path and certainly doesn't come without challenge, but it’s the only way to break free from the hold of evil indeed. The lesson is clear: evil thrives on retaliation, but healing thrives on reconciliation. 4. The Role of Technology and Artificial Intelligence In the modern age, technology has become both a tool for enlightenment and a weapon for deception. Artificial intelligence, social media, and digital platforms can distort reality unprecedentedly. Information can be manipulated, videos can be altered, and narratives can be created to mislead the public. We find ourselves in a world where truth is no longer self-evident; instead, it’s shaped by algorithms and the agendas of those who control the flow of information. AI and technology are not inherently evil, but their misuse can perpetuate the negative energy of lies. As technology advances, the line between truth and fiction becomes increasingly blurred, making it even more challenging to discern the true nature of evil. This is why individuals must cultivate discernment—to see through the deceptions and avoid being swayed by falsehoods that only serve to perpetuate harm. 5. Humility and Understanding as the Path Forward Humility and understanding are the foundations for overcoming evil. Many have suffered under the weight of injustice, especially those who have endured generations of oppression. In this regard, the descendants of enslaved peoples carry wisdom that can teach the world about the transformative power of suffering. The long history of slavery, while a painful chapter, has given rise to a profound understanding of how to transform negative energy into something positive. When individuals learn to step into the shoes of others and understand the pain and suffering of oppressed people, they can begin to heal themselves and the world around them. This process cannot be rushed—it requires patience, introspection, and the willingness to see beyond one’s limited perspective. 6. The Global Need for Transformation As the world becomes more interconnected, it becomes increasingly clear that the energy we put into it has global consequences. The negative energy created by evil—whether through political corruption, social injustice, or environmental degradation—affects everyone. But the good news is that this negative energy can be transformed into something positive. By practicing humility, embracing compassion, and seeking to understand others, we can begin to dismantle the structures that perpetuate evil. The key is to see the world not through the lens of division (whether racial, national, or ideological) but through the lens of shared humanity. When we do this, we unlock the power to transform our collective fate. Conclusion: The Path to Healing The evidence is clear: wholesale evil produces negative energy that poisons our societies and the world. Lies, deception, and the pursuit of self-interest have always been the drivers of evil, and they continue to wreak havoc today. However, there is a path forward that leads not to revenge or retribution but to healing and transformation. By embracing humility, understanding, and the wisdom of those who have endured suffering, we can convert evil's negative energy into something positive. The journey is not easy, but it is possible. And in this transformation lies our collective salvation. It is wise to join the worldwide diaspora of the wise, which is growing. Click here to learn more.
- The Katrina Awakening
A Renewing of Insight Contrary to its intended outcome, the American government’s FEMA program’s inadequate response to the needs of dehydrated and starving Hurricane Katrina victims in New Orleans has rekindled a source of energy and resilience in Black Americans—one thought lost or diminished forever. Adversity Brings Strength Millions of people watched in disbelief as the U.S. government, one of the most powerful in the world, allowed three or more generations of predominantly Black citizens to remain isolated in the New Orleans Superdome for five days without food or water. Ironic as it may seem, most Black Americans benefited profoundly from this tragic incident—whether they realize it or not. Below, I’ll explain why. The Never-Ending Gift The descendants of enslaved Africans possess an inherent resilience born from an experience unlike any other. It goes unspoken, but the strength of Black Americans is deeply rooted in the trials endured in “the belly of a slave ship.” Without the extraordinary resilience of their ancestors, Black Americans might not exist today. These ancestors were forced to undertake a task no other humans had been subjected to, requiring unparalleled mental, physical, and spiritual fortitude. Those who survived were further bred to produce even stronger offspring. The historical reality of slavery—a narrative often used to dismiss or divide—remains irrelevant to the shared understanding within the Black community. While slavery is frequently suppressed due to its pain and humiliation, the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina provided an unflinching look into the faces of our ancestors. We saw their pain, confusion, fear, and humiliation—the same emotions they faced before being forcibly removed from their homes and ways of life. A Wake-Up Call The Katrina disaster deeply touched the hearts of Black Americans and reminded us of our vulnerability. Regardless of how other races viewed this tragedy, it compelled many in the Black community to reflect on historical events that continue to fuel our strength. This rekindled energy has the potential to inspire even more remarkable achievements among Black Americans. Though there were people of all races affected by the disaster, the plight of Black citizens—who comprised the majority of those left behind—stood out. Black Americans, like people of all races, are under God’s watchful eye. The minimal casualties after five days of neglect serve as a testament to divine mercy. The Katrina aftermath has also opened the eyes and hearts of people from all races who endured this tragedy. What Difference Does It Make? Some attribute the disaster’s mismanagement to racism; others blame neglect, poor leadership, or lack of preparedness. But does the label matter? Our society’s rhetoric has been carefully constructed to dismiss claims of racism. The media—controlled by those in power—shapes public perception, often leading to conclusions that benefit the status quo. The Truth Exposed Regardless of societal programming, the history of slavery remains embedded in the DNA of Black Americans. This legacy has served as a dynamic force, driving excellence over generations. The FEMA failure reminded Black Americans of their vulnerability to systemic neglect, mirroring historical injustices. A New Resolve Katrina exposed the economic realities of those affected. Most who stayed behind lacked the financial means to evacuate, highlighting a systemic issue tied to economic disparity. Black Americans are aware of the persistent connection between their economic conditions and racial inequality. The tragedy has channeled anger once expressed through violence or protests into a renewed focus on building physical, mental, and economic strength. This energy, rooted in ancestral resilience, is now directed toward positive solutions. A Brighter Future Black Americans can now turn perceived humiliation, disdain, or racism into constructive energy. Many are rediscovering the strength of their ancestors, drawing on it to create a unified path forward. The Internet as a Tool for Progress With a collective buying power rivaling that of entire nations, Black Americans can harness digital tools to improve economic conditions. Unity, akin to that demonstrated by other communities, is key to achieving these goals. Hurricane Katrina served as a stark reminder of its importance. A Call to Action We have a plan. While the details won’t be revealed here, those interested can join us at http://www.ageofmentality.com to receive free newsletters and share their perspectives. We deserve better. Thank you, FEMA, for the wake-up call. Thank you, and God bless. Just, John
- Key to Conversion (Part Three)
The Bible During the period in our country when African people were in bondage, the King James version of the Bible was used successfully to persuade slaves to be obedient to their masters. The Bible was also an instrument that opened doors and gave African slaves the instrument to learn to read the king's English. Some slaves could learn to read the Bible exclusively for purposes designed for obedience. Although slaves were generally prohibited from reading, the King James version of the Holy Bible was used as a teaching tool under certain circumstances. Many passages therein seemed to be inserted for slaves to consume, i.e., statements in Colossians 3:22, 1 Timothy 6:1, Ephesians 6:5, or Leviticus 25:44-46, to name a few. I will allow our readers to confirm the accuracy of this assertion. Slaves took to the Holy Bible as a fish would take to water. The scriptures therein provided refuge for slaves in the afterlife but guaranteed nothing in their current conditions. Slaves looked at the Bible as God's words, although many were only privy to certain scriptures and verses. Remember, reading was not allowed. . Some of the older slaves were not convinced that the Bible spoke words that provided them peace or truth, as they were aware of God's presence from other teachings and environments but dared not discuss it. On the contrary, many slaves were so hooked on the Holy Bible that they believed every word. Their bond people demanded this. Who would be so brave to question God’s words, especially while experiencing the most inhumane treatment known to humanity with little refuge in sight? Their treatment was so cruel that no Bible verse adequately addressed their conditions. Therefore, their only choice was to “do what the Romans do” while in Rome. The Awakening “Things that are seen are temporal.” Things not seen are everlasting.” I am sure that the person who discovered the ability to convert negative energy into positive energy was cognizant of this biblical quotation. It only makes good sense. By the time slavery ended, black people did not know what or who to believe. They observed people held in the highest respect, such as judges, police officers, and preachers, to name a few, indulging in unbelievable acts. This conduct was so abhorrent that black people pretended it did not exist. Many worked for people committing heinous acts contrary to biblical teachings, but they supported them wholeheartedly for survival exclusively, praying for better times. Few would confirm the sordid acts of their bosses, sometimes to their chagrin. They needed a job for survival! Black people would not dare confront their bosses as their existence depended upon them. Therefore, they only spoke among themselves about their bosses. Some of their bosses were people of the cloth, and others were very prosperous. The Cat is out of the Bag Slaves and their offspring are very aware of Biblical scripture. Regardless of the situation, they have held back from judging others for many years because of this belief. The scriptures speak of judging others. One prerequisite for converting negative energy into positive resolve is that it must come from a genuine source. It cannot be simply a thought or assumption; it must be confirmed. The second requirement is that the harmful act or statement must be directed towards the individual or relative of one desiring to convert the negative energy to positive success. One cannot assume that a harmful act is directed toward them; it must be confirmed. One cannot also attempt to convert negative energy to retribution. Therefore, black people were extremely cautious not to offend God by judging others. These humble beliefs delayed the process of learning to convert negative energy to positive. Therefore, it took many years for them to gather an accurate assessment of how to proceed. Many were insecure in their thinking. What Can We Expect? Lastly, our current environment is ripe for converting negative energy into positive resolve as many people in high places admit their transgressions, thereby confirming their evil ways. Some even use Jesus Christ as their sword or crutch to justify their wicked deeds. Most black people understand why this is occurring. Many are now wise enough to benefit from this horrific misjudgment. I frequently mention the long-suffering of slaves in our country. This is not done to insult the struggles of other people. The reason for this is few people other than the descendants of the African slaves possess the genetic mutations to know these things from this perspective. It is difficult for most humans other than those mutated to imagine the horrific experience of slavery for such an elongated period. Once one indulges in this wisdom, one will understand the efforts necessary to endure inhumane treatment never known to humankind for such an extended season. Our entire planet can now learn from this experience and reap the benefits of this wisdom. Slavery is an experience that must be shared for the planet to understand its benefits. Our intentions are genuine indeed. Thoughts of color or national origin only restrict one’s ability to use this process. Think as a human, not a race, and your journey will be smooth as silk! God has now enabled many who have been victims of vile conduct to free themselves from oppressive people capable of engaging in any conduct necessary to satiate their desires, regardless of how egregious. Many can quietly convert the negative energy into a positive resolution, which the evil purveyors provide. This can be done by following a few basic acrobats absent financial input. Our yoke is so easy until we have provided most of the things one must know to convert negative to positive. It is a mental undertaking, and the results are excellent! As I write this blog, I see that many things contrary to belief are happening right before our eyes because of this new way of thinking. The entire Plant is observing, and many are in total darkness and still refuse to accept this reality. Some ask what happens to those who provide evil that displeases God. We do not know; however, the teachings of Maat believe that when one performs an act that does not please God, that person will receive “grief.” Maat is an ancient Egyptian belief. The sparse information I have conveyed will enable some to understand a valuable lesson and start using it immediately without further advisement. Others will need more. Read our blogs. View our videos. They are provided to stimulate the brain to understand the mental process of people who endured harsh treatment for many centuries. These blogs will be illustrations that explain why these people think as they do. Minds are opened once one can step into the shoes of others and still walk. Once one understands the gist of the system and how it occurred, one will never doubt why humans globally need this valuable information. It is only natural. Check it out on our website. You can start immediately. www.ageofmentality.com
- Key to Conversion (Part Two)
Whispers of God God seems to whisper in all religions that are designed to please God. Notice that I did not use “HIM” to describe God. Humans are self-serving. They distort the whispers of God for their sordid desires for sex, pain or death of their perceived enemies, money, power, and other sordid notions, whether authentic or imagined. Most refer to God as “HIM” as the male species has dominated in transcribing God’s words. Some are foolish enough to believe that they can control the masses if they alter the stories of humankind. The Misguided Some humans unwittingly believe that their kind is superior to others. They are so misinformed that they are inclined to think that their integrity is sustained by the size of the audience they can muster to listen to their rhetoric and the weapons they create to subdue their enemies. They use all types of tricks and devices to prove their point. They brandish their weapons to frighten their perceived foes and perform cruel acts upon those of less influence or wealth, believing they are invincible. Their influence over others creates an allusion that their way is best. Therefore, many follow them for many seasons and adorn themselves with ill-gotten gratification to their chagrin. Some hide their conduct because, like other humans, they, too, understand that their acts do not conform with the whispers of God. They wore sheets over their heads, masks over their eyes and mouths, and said things from their mouths that were not in their hearts for self-adoration. They deceive everyone who believes their story. They create a boogieman at every turn to steer others to accept their misgivings. They often teach their children to deceive and think they're superior, causing their offspring to despise them once they discover the truth. Some succeeded in deceiving their children, but they did not realize that this success was only temporary. Deception has enabled some to form an army of misinformed people guided by charlatans with desires incompatible with those who follow them. God is incredibly wise, as God has now allowed the truth to sanction itself. Those who have been misguided for eons can reverse humanity's course by learning an uncomplicated process available to all humankind, regardless of color, creed, national origin, religion, or belief. The Works The process is relatively straightforward. There is little to learn as most humans are programmed to acknowledge God. Many are led astray by those in which they have placed their confidence. Fathers, mothers, religious leaders, teachers, and others have been taught ways to deceive, and they blind the spirits and minds of their offspring by guiding them to destruction. How do we know these things? After many years of lies and deception, some with strong influence and colossal wealth have unveiled their unfettered feelings, regardless of how abhorrent. Their sordid hate and deception have become available for the entire Planet to behold. Some of those with less influence now believe that it is acceptable to follow these misguided leaders. The truth of hate and deception exhibited by leaders has enabled things that were once only precariously believed to be now confirmed. The Truth Will Set Us Free The cliché about truth and freedom has resonated in the minds of people in bondage for many centuries. Those demented souls always believed that someone would rescue them if the world could only observe their suffering. They had difficulty imagining that their blessing would arrive because of the acts they had performed exclusively. For eons, they had tried everything, and nothing seemed to work. Even their prayers seemed to go unanswered. The New Way of Thinking Some have latched on to a new way of thinking. After many attempts, their results remained consistent. Others employed different methods but had sparse results. AI, computers, and the Internet enabled some to compare notes. Voila! A new way of thinking was born. Many initially rejected and stood by and watched others excel. The success was undeniable! Some listened to words such as “When they go low, we go high,” these words of wisdom were acknowledged and understood thoroughly without further guidance. Some were convinced and understood the benefits of humility clearly at last. They, too, saw that God had blessed them. They now know it does not take all to understand, but only a few. Soon, others started to catch on. This is why we are sharing this information with you without cost, as we are also exclusively subduing the shackles of evil, and a better world is being created. This is our reward, the reward for all humankind. The Wrong Way Sometimes, excellence is achieved by trial and error. After 450 years of trying, should not some success be expected? When others control one's entire physical world, nature forces one to indulge in other dimensions. For example, if one loses one's eyesight, other natural senses, such as smelling or tasting, are enhanced. Nature provides us with isometric abilities that go unnoticed by the untutored eye. These are the natural push-back abilities offered by nature or God. Those perpetrating pain upon others are not cognizant of these attributes as they are focused on obtaining immediate results for their personal or group desires. They are only tuned to things they can observe with their natural senses in one dimension. They are programmed to believe that they are correct regardless of the consequences. Things that occur right in their faces are cast away as aberrations or freaks of nature. They create journals and treatises that are recognized by them exclusively, making it appear that their way is Godly. Because of their influence and wealth, their works go unchallenged, causing others with credible knowledge to be cast aside. The influence of those with the mega horns and wealth goes unchallenged, causing others with sound wisdom to question their abilities. Some even attempt to emulate their masters and dispense with things seen with their lying eyes. Many are convinced that the only way forward is to do to their masters what has been done to them. This, however, is the wrong way to think. Some, nevertheless, inserted elasticity in their countenance to defy the ways of their bond people and think to the contrary. This minute, few, despite all credible facts leading to the contrary, started to see results. They were rejected wholeheartedly when they shared their discoveries with others in bondage. Some believed the way forward was to question things that did not make good sense but dared not to reveal their true feelings. Many things they endured were inhumane, and revenge was the only rational way to think. Revenge, however, only brought on more pain. Stockholm Syndrome In the seventies, individuals were taken hostage in Stockholm, Sweden. After a certain period, it was noticed that these individuals began emulating their captors. A new term was created: Stockholm Syndrome. This term alerted many people of color, especially black people, that this condition curtailed their success. This new term enabled many schools of thought. However, some dared not conduct themselves contrary to their biblical teachings. These were the ones that had difficulty breaking the spell. Some were endowed with wisdom from other ages, and dimensions soon discovered that contrary thinking awarded specific blessings. They found that many blessings were available by thinking contrary to things taught them that did not make sense. This thought pattern bore fruit indeed.
- Key to Conversion (Part One)
Wholesale Evil Produces Negative Energy Evil has always been among us. It has been hidden, coveted, and distorted by whoever believed it to be of value. Many treatises have been developed to tell a true story about the past lives of human beings, but some have been distorted to fit particular narratives. The story of Adam and Eve is a case in point. The evil, lying snake lured Eve to eat the fruit forbidden by God, and many dreadful things happened thereafter. These stories were designed to warn humankind of things forthcoming. Many virtuous stories were told to guide humanity to do God’s will. Still now, as in the beginning, evil beings will attempt to distort God’s wishes. What would make one believe this deception would not continue if there were charlatans in the beginning? Evil will continue to raise its ugly head, and many will be injured. Lies and deception are the catalysts for most evil, as in the beginning. Honest human beings will always attempt to create journals of truth, but evil beings will try to distort the truth like the proverbial snake at the beginning of time. This distortion, on most occasions, is done for self-gratification or self-aggrandizement. Our Yoke is Easy! Many know what is occurring, but few can break the shackles of lies and deceit, as lies are convenient for the purveyors and are arranged to convince the most honest people. Some believe the remedy to combat evil energy is to get back, payback, get revenge, retribution, and anger. Some think it is appropriate to fight fire with fire. These are the reasons why many fail to subdue this monster. One must condition oneself to indulge in humility. Many things I will share with you will sound familiar if one has delved into religious doctrines. Many truths lie therein. Most religious doctrines share wisdom, but few are wise enough to accept these words of wisdom at face value as a sleight of hand or altering a passage or even a sentence in a perfect document can distort the meanings thereof. Some use divine information as a club to impose hurt upon their perceived enemies. We provide the necessary information for those willing to lay down their hatchets and indulge in conditioning that will give them the wherewithal to convert bad to good. We call this converting negative energy into positive resolve. Some may ask why. AI We believe modern technology has provided humans with devices that can benefit or harm humankind. Artificial intelligence has enabled humans to distort the truth and enlighten humanity. Whether it is a video camera, algorithm, or a Web bot, reality can be distorted to make a lie the truth or vice versa. Therefore, many are bewildered. The Truth is the Light Fortunately, God is incredibly wise, and some of us know the difference between fantasy and reality, regardless of advanced technology. The longsuffering of their ancestors has enabled some to have answers where there is ambiguity. It is in their genes. Many years of indulging in deception have blessed some with a sixth sense to know the truth. We believe that the Universe is sustained by truth, and Earth resides within this universe. We know God has allowed humans to see the truth from past events. Humans have distorted many of these truths. The tormented will be the people who will guide Planet Earth in decrypting good from evil and, therefore, provide a way forward.
- Tears of a Clown: Reflections on Honesty, Deception, and Resilience
Honesty and Gullibility Honest people are often more easily deceived—a paradox that can be difficult to grasp without being "programmed" for honesty. Without this innate sense of truthfulness, it’s challenging to recognize the vulnerabilities that come with it. I know this firsthand because I am one of the most susceptible. Despite countless trials, I remain steadfast in my default to honesty. Surprisingly, this has brought me peace but has also led to many moments of humiliation and disappointment. Years of observation have shown me that honest people are often enticed by illusions, promising things they could have achieved more easily without deception. The lure of the "shiny object" or the allure of the "rabbit hole" often brings good people unnecessary grief. The Lure of Deception I have observed that people are especially vulnerable to deception during difficult times. Among life’s hardships, none may be more profound than enslavement—a condition that, despite its horrors, imparts deep wisdom. My parents, for instance, held differing perspectives on slavery. Though deeply pained by it, my mother tried to find silver linings. She often spoke of her grandmother, a world-renowned seamstress enslaved yet celebrated for her craft. Her master took her across the country to design clothing, which, while a bright spot, was overshadowed by the heartbreak of her grandmother's sister being sold to a cruel master. These stories would move my mother—and our entire family—to tears. My father, of Creek Native American heritage, told a different tale. He spoke of the "Trail of Tears" and the brutal realities of slavery, such as the "cat-o'-nine-tails." One story of my grandfather’s resistance to pain was so harrowing that it profoundly altered my life, teaching me to extract wisdom from hardship. Both parents' stories have helped me process the legacy of slavery, finding balance in its pain and pride in the resilience of my ancestry. The Mask and the "Tears of a Clown" I’ve often reflected on the idea of the "masquerade" and now turn to "The Tears of a Clown." Smokey Robinson’s words resonate deeply. They remind me of the sadness that comes with observing some Black people wearing metaphorical masks—symbols of the oppression endured for centuries. I won't name names; they are irrelevant. Many don the mask out of necessity, while others, perhaps unknowingly, perpetuate their suffering. Some endure humiliation out of a sense of righteousness, while others are victims of Stockholm Syndrome or simply fear standing alone. Many follow the crowd, believing that "might make right" and that numbers validate truth. Jesus spoke to this dynamic when he compared a rich man entering heaven to a camel passing through the eye of a needle (Matthew 19:23–26). This ancient wisdom, echoed in many traditions, warns against pursuing riches at the expense of one’s soul. Yet, many are still enticed by "shiny objects" and fall into "rabbit holes." The Grief of Compromise I have also witnessed people adoring the rich and powerful, even at the cost of their dignity. Some will humiliate themselves to curry favor with the corrupt, endorsing lies that conflict with religious teachings meant to guide us toward God. The ancient Kemetic principle of Maat teaches that failing to please God invites grief, though it does not specify its form. Smokey Robinson’s words capture this truth: "Now there are some sad things known to man, but ain't too much sadder than: the tears of a clown when there's no one around." When the masquerade ends, and they are left alone with their thoughts, those who have compromised their values will confront a personal grief that is difficult to reconcile. Mental anguish is deeply personal, but freedom lies in releasing oneself from self-imposed grief and embracing a community that values mental freedom and positive transformation. Final Thoughts This journey reminds us of the importance of choosing honesty, resilience, and spiritual clarity over the illusions of wealth and power. Doing so can transform negative energy into positive success, freeing ourselves from unnecessary internal grief. Check it out here!
