Doubtful Business Sense

Many successful businesspeople have told me that it would be impossible for me to be successful in business. They said I did not have the art of negotiation. I have always agreed with them to some extent, but certain instincts have always led me away from traditional protocols.
One case in point was when I operated an uncompensated-care consultation business for hospitals. I started the business from scratch as a lone consultant and grew it into a company with more than 25 employees. I acquired all my hospital accounts by adhering to one rule: regardless of the amount of revenue involved in resolving an account, I always worked on each case with the same vigor. Some accounts paid me as little as $100, while others would pay as much as $50,000 as a contingency fee.
This sometimes caused my hospital clients to place huge emphasis on the larger-balance accounts, but I was working for human beings’ health concerns. The people for whom I was attempting to resolve medical bills might be a child needing immediate surgery but owing a small medical bill, or they might be a person who had accumulated medical bills over months. Frequently, patients need anesthesia for surgeries and the like but are unable to obtain it because of financial concerns, even though surgeons are standing by to perform the procedures.
It is heartbreaking to see a person turned away from a medical facility because of pre-existing conditions or a lack of visible means to pay for services. Each case I handled was attached to a human being, and I could not extract myself from that reality. Some asserted that I was unable to make good business decisions because of the human elements involved. Nonetheless, after reviewing my past business endeavors, I can conclude that my best business accomplishments were apparent when I took human elements into consideration instead of focusing exclusively on money.
I have found that whenever I help people resolve painful problems, I am always successful. This is exactly why I created the Early Bank/U9itus system. Once people can see what is offered, they will be drawn to it like a fish to water. It is our bridge over troubled waters. Check it out at early-bank.com.
